Claims (8)
- 冷藏冷凍機器であって、
筐体と、窒素発生装置とを備え、
前記筐体には、収納コンパートメントが規定され、前記収納コンパートメント内には、第1密閉空間と第2密閉空間とが設けられ、
前記窒素発生装置は、吸着装置と、空気圧縮機とを備え、前記空気圧縮機は、制御可能に前記吸着装置へ圧縮空気を供給し、前記吸着装置は、制御可能に前記第1密閉空間または前記第2密閉空間に連通し、
前記窒素発生装置は、
前記吸着装置が窒素ガスを作製して前記第1密閉空間へ供給するように、前記吸着装置へ前記圧縮空気を供給し、前記吸着装置を前記第1密閉空間に連通させ、且つ、
前記吸着装置への前記圧縮空気の供給を停止した後、前記吸着装置が酸素富化ガスを脱着して前記第2密閉空間へ供給するように、前記吸着装置を前記第2密閉空間に連通させるように構成されており、
前記吸着装置は、第1筒体と、第2筒体とを更に備え、
前記第1筒体は、内部に互いに隔離された第1吸着室および窒素ガス室が規定され、前記窒素ガス室が前記第1密閉空間に連通し、
前記第2筒体は、内部に互いに隔離された第2吸着室および空気室が規定され、
前記空気圧縮機は、制御可能に前記空気室へ圧縮空気を供給するように、空気吸気管を介して前記空気室に連通し、
前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室との内部には、何れもカーボンモレキュラーシーブが設けられ、前記空気室は、前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室との一方が酸素富化ガスを吸着して窒素ガスを作製するとき、他方の吸着室が吸着済みの前記カーボンモレキュラーシーブに対して脱着を行なうように、制御可能に前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室とへ圧縮空気を交互に供給し、
窒素ガスを作製する吸着室は、前記窒素ガス室に連通し、脱着を行う吸着室は、前記第2密閉空間に連通することを特徴とする冷藏冷凍機器。 - 前記窒素発生装置は、ガス通路切換弁を更に備え、
前記ガス通路切換弁は、第1ガス輸送ポートと第2ガス輸送ポートと第3ガス輸送ポートと第4ガス輸送ポートと第5ガス輸送ポートとの5つのガス輸送ポートを有し、前記第1ガス輸送ポートが前記第1吸着室に連通し、前記第2ガス輸送ポートが前記第2吸着室に連通し、前記第3ガス輸送ポートが前記空気室に連通し、
前記ガス通路切換弁は、更に、前記第3ガス輸送ポートを前記第1ガス輸送ポートおよび前記第2ガス輸送ポートに交互に連通させるように構成され、前記第3ガス輸送ポートが前記第1ガス輸送ポートに連通したときには、前記第4ガス輸送ポートが前記第2ガス輸送ポートに連通し、前記空気室が前記第1吸着室へ圧縮空気を供給し、前記第4ガス輸送ポートが前記第2吸着室で脱着された酸素富化ガスを排出し、前記第3ガス輸送ポートが前記第2ガス輸送ポートに連通したときには、前記第5ガス輸送ポートが前記第1ガス輸送ポートに連通し、前記空気室が前記第2吸着室へ圧縮空気を供給し、前記第5ガス輸送ポートが前記第1吸着室で脱着された酸素富化ガスを排出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。 - 前記窒素発生装置は、前記第4ガス輸送ポートと前記第5ガス輸送ポートとを連通させて前記2つのガス輸送ポートを1つの酸素富化ガス排気口に合併するように構成された三方管を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。
- 前記窒素発生装置は、三方電磁弁を更に備え、
前記三方電磁弁は、第1通気口と第2通気口と第3通気口との3つの通気口を有し、前記第1通気口が酸素富化ガス出力管を介して前記酸素富化ガス排気口に連通し、前記第2通気口が前記第2密閉空間に連通し、前記第3通気口が前記冷藏冷凍機器の外気に連通し、
前記第1通気口は、前記第2通気口または前記第3通気口に選択可能に連通し、前記第1通気口が前記第2通気口に連通した場合に、酸素富化ガスが前記第2密閉空間内に輸送され、前記第1通気口が前記第3通気口に連通した場合に、酸素富化ガスが前記外気へ排出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。 - 前記窒素発生装置は、接続管と、圧力等化弁とを更に備え、
前記接続管は、前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室とを連通させ、
前記圧力等化弁は、前記接続管に直列接続され、且つ、前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室との内部気圧が均衡するように、前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室との一方が吸着を停止して脱着しようとするときに前記接続管をオンにするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。 - 前記窒素発生装置は、第1排気管と、第2排気管と、2つの一方向弁とを更に備え、
前記第1排気管は、前記第1吸着室と前記窒素ガス室とを連通させ、
前記第2排気管は、前記第2吸着室と前記窒素ガス室とを連通させ、
前記2つの一方向弁は、それぞれ前記第1排気管、前記第2排気管に設けられ、気体が前記第1吸着室または前記第2吸着室から前記窒素ガス室へ単方向に流通することを許容することで前記窒素ガス室内の気体の回流を防止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。 - 前記窒素発生装置は、油水分離器を更に備え、
前記油水分離器は、前記空気吸気管に設けられ、前記空気室に進入した空気を濾過するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。 - 前記第1筒体と前記第2筒体とは、並列して前記冷藏冷凍機器内に配置され、且つ前記第1吸着室と前記第2吸着室との一端は、同一の方向へ向かって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷藏冷凍機器。
