Description
・ ビスフェノールA(これは2,2−ビス(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−プロパンである)および
・ ビスフェノールS(これは4,4′−ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホンである)
として公知の成分は、公然の批判の中心にあり、したがって、しばしば、
・ BASF SE社のPergafest(登録商標)201(これはN−(4−メチルフェニルスルホニル)−N′−(3−(4−メチルフェニルスルホニルオキシ)フェニル)尿素である)、
・ D8(これは4−ヒドロキシ−4′−イソプロポキシジフェニルスルホンである)、および
・ N−{2−[(フェニルカルバモイル)アミノ]フェニル}ベンゼンスルホンアミドに置き換えられる。
i)支持基材と、
ii)感熱記録層と
を含み、この感熱記録層は、発色剤と顕色剤混合物とを含み、かつこの顕色剤混合物は、
a)式(I)
b)式(II)
ここで、式(I)の化合物は、IRスペクトルにおいて3401±20cm-1で吸収バンドを有する結晶形で存在する、感熱記録材料により解決される。
i.支持基材を準備または製造し;
ii.本発明による感熱記録材料中に使用される式(I)の化合物と本発明による感熱記録材料中に使用される式(II)の化合物とを含む被覆組成物を準備または製造し;
iii.準備または製造した支持基材上へ準備または製造した被覆組成物を塗工し;
iv.塗工した被覆組成物を乾燥させて感熱記録層を形成すること
を含む感熱記録材料の製造方法に関する。
a)顔料を含む被覆組成物を準備または製造し;
b)支持基材上へ準備または製造した被覆組成物を塗工し;
c)塗工した被覆組成物を乾燥させて中間層を形成すること
をさらに含み、
ここで、方法工程a)〜c)は、方法工程ii.の前に実施され、かつ支持基材と感熱記録層との間に中間層が配置されている、方法が好ましい。中間層が形成される場合、本発明による方法の工程iii.において、準備または製造された被覆組成物の塗工は、形成された中間層上に行われ、準備または製造された支持基材上に直接は行われない。
A)被覆組成物を準備または製造し;
B)感熱記録層上へ準備または製造した被覆組成物を塗工し;
C)塗工した被覆組成物を乾燥させて保護層を形成すること
をさらに含み、
ここで、方法工程A)〜C)は、方法工程iv.の後に実施され、かつ保護層は感熱記録材料上に配置されている、方法が好ましい。
例1〜3および比較例1および2:
長網抄紙機で、支持基材として、通常の添加剤を通常の量で添加しながら、67g/m2の面積基準の質量を有する漂白しかつ粉砕した広葉樹および針葉樹パルプから紙匹を製造した。前側にロールブレード塗工機を用いて、顔料として中空顔料および焼成カオリン、結合剤としてスチレンブタジエンラテックスおよび共結合剤としてデンプンを含む、9g/m2の面積基準の質量を有する中間層を塗工し、慣用のように乾燥する。
例4〜6を、例1〜3と同様に実施した。しかしながら、中間層は、ロールブレード塗工機を用いて塗工するのではなく、ブレードで引いて中間層として輪郭塗工を行う。
本発明による例1、2および3ならびに比較例1および2の感熱記録材料上の感熱印刷出力物の耐候性を測定技術的に記録するために、それぞれ試験されるべき感熱記録材料上に、白黒市松模様の感熱サンプル印刷出力物をPrintrex社(USA)のAtlantek 400型の機器を用いて作製し、ここで300dpiの解像度および16mJ/mm2の単位面積当たりのエネルギーを有するサーマルヘッドを使用した。
この決定は、感熱記録材料の耐候性(40℃でかつ90%r.F.で)の決定と同様に実施したが、この貯蔵は恒温恒湿器中ではなく乾燥器中で60℃で行った。
本発明による例1、2および3ならびに比較例1および2の感熱記録材料上の感熱印刷出力物の、ラノリンに対する耐久性を測定技術的に記録するために、それぞれ試験されるべき感熱記録材料上に、白黒市松模様の感熱サンプル印刷出力物をPrintrex社(USA)のAtlantek 400型の機器を用いて作製し、ここで300dpiの解像度および16mJ/mm2の単位面積当たりのエネルギーを有するサーマルヘッドを使用した。
この試験を用いて、水および水溶液に対する、記録層上に作成された画像の耐久性を評価する。ATLANTEK Model 400 -Thermal Response Test Systemの印刷機を用いてエネルギーレベルMedium、段階10で作製された印刷面上に、蒸留水または選択された25%のエタノール水溶液1滴を施す。余剰の試験液体を、20分の作用時間後に、濾紙または綿布で拭き取り、引き続きこの試験紙を、室内気候(23℃、50%相対湿度)で24時間貯蔵する。それぞれの試験液体を施す前および貯蔵時間の経過の後に、TECHKON(登録商標)SpectroDens Advanced分光濃度計を用いて印刷面の光学濃度ならびにその差を決定する。
市場で入手可能であるかまたは国際公開第2014/080615号(WO 2014/080615 A1)に記載された、約158℃の融点を有する式(I)の化合物をエタノールから再結晶させる。約175℃の融点を有する式(I)の本発明により使用される化合物が得られる。式(I)の本発明により使用される化合物は、IRスペクトルにおいて、3401±20cm-1で吸収バンドを有する。
Claims (13)
- 前記式(I)の化合物と前記式(II)の化合物との質量比は、0.5:99.5〜99.5:0.5である、請求項1記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記支持基材は、紙、合成紙またはプラスチックフィルムである、請求項1または2記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記感熱記録層中の前記顕色剤混合物の割合は、前記感熱記録層の全固形分を基準として35〜15質量%である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記感熱記録層の面積基準の質量は、1.5〜6g/m2の範囲内にある、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記支持基材と前記感熱記録層との間に配置された中間層をさらに含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記中間層は、顔料を含み、
前記顔料が、
a)有機顔料
および/または
b)無機顔料
である、請求項6記載の感熱記録材料。 - 前記感熱記録層が、完全にまたは部分的に保護層で覆われている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記感熱記録層は、結合剤を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料。
- 前記感熱記録層は、増感剤を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料。
- 入場券、航空券、鉄道乗車券、乗船券、バス乗車券、賭博券、駐車券、ラベル、レシート、銀行取引明細書、自己接着ラベル、医療用記録紙、ファックス用紙、証券用紙またはバーコードラベルとしての、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の感熱記録材料の使用。
- フルオラン、フタリド、ラクタム、トリフェニルメタン、フェノチアジンおよびスピロピランからなる群からなる化合物の誘導体から選択される発色剤、および請求項1に定義された式(II)の化合物を顕色剤として含んでいる感熱記録材料の印刷画像の耐水性の改善のための、請求項1に定義された式(I)の化合物の使用において、式(I)の化合物は、IRスペクトルにおいて3401±20cm-1で吸収バンドを有する結晶形で存在し、かつ前記式(I)の化合物と前記式(II)の化合物との質量比が、0.5:99.5〜35:65である、前記使用。
- 少なくとも次の方法工程:
i.支持基材を準備または製造し;
ii.フルオラン、フタリド、ラクタム、トリフェニルメタン、フェノチアジンおよびスピロピランからなる群からなる化合物の誘導体から選択される発色剤、および請求項1に定義された式(I)の化合物と請求項1に定義された式(II)の化合物とを含み、式(I)の化合物は、IRスペクトルにおいて3401±20cm-1で吸収バンドを有する結晶形で存在する、被覆組成物を準備または製造し;
iii.準備または製造した前記被覆組成物を塗工し;
iv.塗工した前記被覆組成物を乾燥させて感熱記録層を形成すること
を含む、感熱記録材料の製造方法。
