Claims (8)
- 繊維材料と、
フラックス剤と、
増粘剤と、を含み、
繊維材料が、結合材料によって結合された少なくとも1つの基材構成要素のCTEと互いに±20%の範囲内にあるCTEを有し、
繊維材料が、シリカ(SiO 2 )の繊維、アルミナ(Al 2 O 3 )の繊維、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO 2 )の繊維、酸化チタン(TiO 2 )の繊維、アルミニウムシリケート(Al−Si−オキシド)の繊維、ホウケイ酸アルミニウム(アルカリ金属を有するまたは有さない)の繊維、炭素の繊維、ホウケイ酸の繊維、窒化ケイ素(SiN)の繊維、または炭化ケイ素(SiC)の繊維、およびこれらの繊維の組み合わせから選択され、
前記繊維材料が、硬化される前に、50wt%から90wt%の範囲の量で、結合材料中に存在し、

- 結合材料が、
1/16インチ(0.159cm)から1/2インチ(1.27cm)の平均長さを有するチョップドホウケイ酸アルミニウム繊維を50wt%から90wt%、
0.01wt%未満から5wt%のメタホウ酸リチウム、および
0wt%を超えて10wt%までのメチルセルロース、を含む水性混合物であり、
ホウケイ酸アルミニウムは、結合材料によって結合される少なくとも1つの基材のCTEと互いに±20%の範囲内にあるCTEを有する、請求項4〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 結合表面を有する第1のセラミック発泡体基材、結合表面を有する第2のセラミック発泡体基材、および第1の基材の前記結合表面と第2の基材の前記結合表面との間に配置され、第1のセラミック発泡体基材を第2のセラミック発泡体基材に結合する結合材料を含み、第1および第2の基材が互いに±20%の範囲内にあるCTEを有する複合材料構造体であって、
前記結合材料が、繊維材料、フラックス剤、および増粘剤の硬化された混合物を含み、
繊維材料が、シリカ(SiO 2 )の繊維、アルミナ(Al 2 O 3 )の繊維、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO 2 )の繊維、酸化チタン(TiO 2 )の繊維、アルミニウムシリケート(Al−Si−オキシド)の繊維、ホウケイ酸アルミニウム(アルカリ金属を有するまたは有さない)の繊維、炭素の繊維、ホウケイ酸の繊維、窒化ケイ素(SiN)の繊維、または炭化ケイ素(SiC)の繊維、およびこれらの繊維の組み合わせから選択され、
前記繊維材料が、硬化される前に、50wt%から90wt%の範囲の量で、結合材料中に存在し、
