Claims (2)
- 予め水素ガスが蓄圧されている蓄圧器とガス供給経路を介して接続され、当該ガスを被充填タンクに充填するためのカップリングと、
前記ガス供給経路に設けられ、開弁することにより前記蓄圧器内の水素ガスを前記カップリングへ供給する開閉弁と、
前記ガス供給経路に設けられ、水素ガスを予め定められた温度範囲となるように冷却する冷却器と、
前記開閉弁を開閉制御することにより、前記被充填タンクへの水素ガスの供給を制御する充填制御手段と、
前記被充填タンクへの水素ガスの充填を行っていない場合に前記カップリングを保持するための保持部と、
前記保持部近傍に設けられ、前記保持部に保持される前記カップリングに向けて乾燥気体を吹き付ける乾燥気体吹付け手段と、
からなる水素ガス充填装置において、
前記ガス充填装置周囲の湿度を検出する湿度検出器と、
乾燥気体の吹付けを行うか否かを判定するために予め定められた湿度閾値が記憶された記憶部と、
水素ガス充填装置による充填が終了した場合に、前記湿度検出器により検出された湿度と前記記憶部に記憶された湿度閾値とを比較して、前記乾燥気体吹付け手段を駆動するか否かを制御する結露防止制御手段と、
を設けたことを特徴とする水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記結露防止制御手段は、前記湿度検出器で検出した湿度に応じて前記乾燥気体吹付け手段の駆動時間を可変に制御する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の水素ガス充填装置。
