Description
端末部が第1接続部となっている第1導体と、
端末部の第2接続部が前記第1接続部に同軸状に固着された第2導体と、
前記第1導体及び前記第2導体より剛性が高く、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との固着部に沿うように配された支持部材と、
前記支持部材を包囲し、前記支持部材を前記第1導体と前記第2導体に一体化させる保持部材とを備えているところに特徴を有する。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1を図1〜図2を参照して説明する。本実施例の導電路は、第1電線10と、第2電線20と、支持部材30と、熱収縮チューブ33(請求項に記載の保持部材)とを備えて構成され、第1電線10の端末部と、第2電線20の端末部とを接続した形態である。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例では、第1導体が単芯線からなり、第2導体が撚り線からなるが、第1導体と第2導体の両方が単芯線でもよく、第1導体と第2導体の両方が撚り線であってもよい。
(2)上記実施例では、保持部材がシール機能を有しているが、保持部材はシール機能を有していなくてもよい。
(3)上記実施例では、支持部材が概ね筒状をなしているが、支持部材は、細長い棒状や樋状等であってもよい。
(4)上記実施例では、支持部材が軸線方向のスリットによって径寸法を変化させるように弾性変形し得るようになっているが、支持部材は、弾性変形を有しない形態であってもよい。
(5)上記実施例では、第1接続部と第2接続部を超音波溶着により固着して一体化したが、第1接続部と第2接続部は、超音波溶着以外の手段によって固着してもよい。
(6)上記実施例では、保持部材が熱収縮チューブであるが、保持部材は、熱収縮チューブを巻き付けたものであってもよい。

Claims (3)
- 端末部が第1接続部となっている第1導体と、
端末部の第2接続部が前記第1接続部に同軸状に固着された第2導体と、
前記第1導体及び前記第2導体より剛性が高く、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との固着部に沿うように配された支持部材と、
前記支持部材を包囲した状態で前記支持部材を前記第1導体と前記第2導体に一体化させる保持部材とを備え、
前記支持部材が、概ね筒状をなし、前記第1導体と前記第2導体を包囲しており、
前記支持部材に形成され、前記支持部材が径寸法を変化させるように弾性変形することを許容する軸線方向のスリットを備えていることを特徴とする導電路。 - 前記支持部材における前記固着部との対応領域に形成され、前記スリットに連通し且つ周方向の開口幅が前記スリットより大きい切欠部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電路。
- 前記第1導体を第1絶縁被覆で包囲することで第1電線が構成され、
前記第2導体を第2絶縁被覆で包囲することで第2電線が構成されており、
前記保持部材が、前記支持部材の外周面と前記第1電線の外周面と前記第2電線の外周面を、液密状に密着した状態で包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の導電路。
