Description
閉じた端底部が第1の端部に配置された下部容器部分を用意するステップであって、閉じた端底部を通る注出口はない、ステップと、第2の端部にオープンネックを有する上部容器部分を用意するステップとを含む。軸方向に移動可能なピストンを上部容器部分内に配置する。噴射剤を下部容器部分内に配置する。上部容器部分と下部容器部分とを、それらの間の相補的シールにおいて互いに接合する。エアロゾルディスペンサの場合、バルブアセンブリを上部容器部分に加えて、製品をバルブアセンブリを通して配置してもよい。その結果、ピストンが噴射剤に対して、バルブアセンブリから離れるように強制的に押し付けられる。
Claims (11)
- 外側容器であって、外側容器の内部の容積を画定し、長手軸を有するエアロゾルディスペンサに適した外側容器を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a.基部において終了する閉じた端底部が第1の端部に配置された下部容器部分を用意するステップであって、前記下部容器部分を通る注出口はない、ステップと、
b.第2の端部にオープンネックを有する上部容器部分を用意するステップであって、前記下部容器部分は、前記上部容器部分に接合したときに、長手軸上で測定して前記外側容器の長手方向の長さの30%以上を構成し、前記下部容器部分は、前記上部容器部分より長手方向長さが長い、ステップと、
c.前記上部容器部分内にピストンを完全に配置することを特徴とし、前記上部容器部分はドーム形であり、前記ピストンは頂部とそこから下がるスカートとを含み、前記ピストンの前記頂部は前記上部容器部分の前記ドームと一致し、前記上部容器部分は軸方向の長さを有し、前記ピストンの前記スカートは軸方向の長さが前記上部容器部分の前記軸方向の長さ以下であり、それによって、噴射剤が前記下部容器部分内に配置される間、前記ピストンは前記上部容器部分内に完全に配置され、前記ピストンの前記頂部は上方に凹状であり、弁カップにぴったり合うように適合されている、ステップと、
d.前記下部容器部分内に噴射剤を配置するステップであって、ステップc及びdは任意の順番で行なう、ステップと、
e.前記上部容器部分と前記下部容器部分とを封止可能に接合して、前記噴射剤と前記ピストンとを内部に収容するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記エアロゾルディスペンサから製品をユーザにより選択的に分配するために前記ネック内にバルブアセンブリを配置するステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記上部容器部分と前記下部容器部分の少なくとも一方は、そこを通るか又はそれらの間の経路を有し、前記噴射剤は前記経路を通って前記下部容器部分内に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記経路は、前記上部容器部分と前記下部容器部分の少なくとも一方の縁部上に鋸歯状を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記上部容器部分と前記下部容器部分は両方ともプラスチックを含み、シールにおいて共に溶接することによって接合される請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記下部容器部分は基部とそれと一体の側壁とを含む請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記上部容器部分を通して製品を分配することによって、前記ピストンを前記下部容器部分の底部の方へ強制的に押すステップを更に含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンが前記下部容器部分の前記底部上に配置されるまで、前記上部容器部分を通して製品を分配するステップを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記外側容器は、軸方向の長さを画定する長手方向の寸法を有し、シールは、前記第2の端部に隣接して配置された周方向のフランジを含む請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シールと噴射剤の経路とを同時に溶接するステップを含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンは頂部とスカートとを有し、前記スカートは軸方向のスカート長さを有し、前記上部容器部分は、上部容器軸方向の長さが前記軸方向のスカート長さ以上であり、前記上部容器部分内に前記ピストンを完全に配置するステップを含む請求項7乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
