Claims (3)
- 流量を制御する電動弁であって、
弁室を介して連通する複数のポートと、
前記ポートの一つに設けられるオリフィスと、
前記弁室内に設けられ、前記オリフィスに対する差込量が可変の弁体と、
前記弁体を移動させるねじ送り機構と、
前記オリフィスの内周面に形成され、前記弁体の差し込み方向で径が一定のストレート部と、
前記弁体の外周面に形成される、前記弁体の最大径部であり、前記ストレート部に対して、前記弁体の差し込み方向では一点で最近接する迫出し部と、
を備え、
前記迫出し部は、前記弁体が前記オリフィスの最深部まで差し込まれた際、前記ストレート部の最浅部から前記ねじ送り機構のバックラッシュ分以上深い位置で、前記ストレート部と対向すること、
を特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記迫出し部は、前記ストレート部に対して角を突き立てて一点で最近接し、曲面を向けて一点で最近接し、又は滑らかに繋がる曲面と直線との境界点を向けて一点で最近接すること、
を特徴とする請求項1記載の電動弁。 - 内部に前記弁室を有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体に接続された円筒部材と、
前記円筒部材に外装されたステータと、
を備えること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電動弁。
