Claims (4)
- 金属製の薄板からなる長尺体に熱媒管を挿通させるための熱媒管挿通部が幅方向に複数列に形成された金属帯状体に対し、前記熱媒管挿通部の列間部分を切断するための切断装置であって、
前記金属帯状体を板厚方向に挟み込むように互いに接離動可能に対向配置され、パンチ金型が取り付けられた上金型と、ダイ金型が取り付けられた下金型と、を具備し、
前記ダイ金型には、前記列間部分における幅寸法で開口し、前記パンチ金型が進入可能なパンチ金型進入部が形成されていて、
前記パンチ金型には、前記パンチ金型進入部に進入する際において、前記パンチ金型進入部の前記列間部分の幅方向における開口端縁部と協働して前記金属帯状体を切断するための切断刃が形成されていることを特徴とする切断装置。 - 前記上金型には、前記上金型の高さ方向に挿通され、前記切断刃が前記パンチ金型進入部の前記開口端縁部に到達した際には、前記熱媒管挿通部を貫通して前記ダイ金型の内部に進入するピンを有し、
前記ダイ金型には、前記ダイ金型の内部に進入した前記ピンに当接する当接パッドと、前記当接パッドを前記パンチ金型に向けて付勢する付勢部材とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断装置。 - 前記金属帯状体の幅方向における一方の端部に位置する前記パンチ金型は、前記金属帯状体の幅方向における外側の前記切断刃に代えて前記パンチ金型進入部の内壁面上を摺動可能な凸片が設けられていて、
前記金属帯状体の前記幅方向における前記一方の端部に位置する前記ダイ金型における前記当接パッドには、前記凸片の位置に合わせて凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の切断装置。 - 前記当接パッドは、前記パンチ金型進入部の前記開口端縁部よりも前記パンチ金型の側に突出していて、
前記凸片の下端部位置は、前記切断刃の下端部位置よりも前記ダイ金型の側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の切断装置。
