Claims (5)
- 中心線に沿って形成された貫通穴と、
前記中心線の周りに沿って配置されて前記中心線に向き所定角度傾けて設けられたラバルノズルからなるノズル部と、
前記ノズル部から噴射されるガスに前記中心線を中心とする旋回流れを付与する旋回付与手段と、
を備え、
前記ノズル部は、前記中心線の周りに沿って連続したリング状に形成されており、前記旋回付与手段は、前記ノズル部内に設けられて旋回流れを付与するフィンとして構成される、
ガスアトマイズ用ノズル。 - 前記ノズル部は、前記中心線の周りに沿って連続したリング状の空間を形成してガスが流入されるガス充填部に接続されている、請求項1に記載のガスアトマイズ用ノズル。
- 前記フィンは、前記ノズル部をラバルノズルとして構成する、請求項1または2に記載のガスアトマイズ用ノズル。
- 中心線に沿って形成された貫通穴と、
前記中心線の周りに沿って配置されて前記中心線に向き所定角度傾けて設けられたラバルノズルからなるノズル部と、
前記ノズル部から噴射されるガスに前記中心線を中心とする旋回流れを付与する旋回付与手段と、
を備え、
前記ノズル部は、前記中心線の周りに沿って複数設けられた穴として形成されており、前記旋回付与手段は、前記穴が前記中心線を中心として螺旋状に湾曲して形成されている、
ガスアトマイズ用ノズル。 - 内部が真空引きされる真空容器と、
前記真空容器内にて金属を溶融する溶融金属供給部と、
前記溶融金属供給部から流下される溶融金属にガスを噴射する請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のガスアトマイズ用ノズルと、
を備える、ガスアトマイズ装置。
