Description
光ディフューザが、特にカプセルの表面がわずかに反射を生じさせるように作用する場合にカプセルで反射が発生するのを防ぐために、光源とカプセル認識位置との間に、たとえば、同様に窓の背後に存在し得る。
実施形態において、そのような淹出モジュールは、さらに以下の構成要素を備え得る。
第1の位置から第2の位置への移動後に、淹出チャンバに位置するカプセルは重力の影響で下方向にカプセル容器の中へと落下する。ただし、第2の位置において、淹出モジュール部は、カプセル挿入開口部を通じて挿入されたカプセルが、カプセル認識位置で、鉛直方向において淹出位置の高さよりも高い位置で保持されるという効果を有する。
第1の位置は、したがって淹出チャンバの閉状態に対応する。第2の位置では、淹出チャンバは下部に開口するが、ある程度カプセルの挿入のために上部に閉鎖されていて、第3の位置でのみ、上部および下部に完全に開口する。
カプセル10を挿入するとき、注入部4は、図5に示すように、たとえば第2の位置に存在する。この位置では、淹出チャンバは開放されているが、注入部は、注入部4の静止部42が側方ガイド28によって挿入開口部11に案内されるカプセル10を、図6に示すカプセル認識位置に引き留める程度にのみ、注入部側に後退させられる。

Claims (9)
- 一人分のカプセル(10)から淹出飲料を調製するための淹出モジュール用のカプセル認識モジュールであって、
カプセル認識位置にある前記カプセル(10)の光学的な特徴を検出するための光学センサを備え、前記光学センサは特にカメラ(50)であり、
透明な材料で形成された、前記カプセル認識位置と前記カメラとの間にあるカプセル認識窓(52)と、
前記カプセル認識窓の、前記カプセル認識位置側に向けて、空気の流れを生み出すためのファン(70)とを備える、カプセル認識モジュール。 - 前記カプセル認識窓(52)は、前記カプセル認識位置と前記光学センサとの間の軸に対して非直角に配置されている、請求項1に記載のカプセル認識モジュール。
- 前記カプセル認識位置で前記カプセルを照射するための少なくとも1つの光源(62)を備え、前記光源は、前記カプセル認識窓(52)の、前記光学センサ側に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載のカプセル認識モジュール。
- 前記光源(62)によって生成される光のためのディフューザ(53)を備える、請求項3に記載のカプセル認識モジュール。
- 一人分のカプセル(10)から淹出飲料を調製するための淹出モジュール(1)であって、
それ自体を通じて前記カプセル(10)を挿入可能なカプセル挿入開口部(11)を有する筐体(2)と、
第1の淹出モジュール部(3)およびこれに対して相対的に移動可能な第2の淹出モジュール部(4)とを備え、淹出プロセス中に淹出位置にある前記カプセルを少なくとも部分的に囲む淹出チャンバを前記第1および第2の淹出モジュール部によって形成可能であり、前記淹出モジュールは、淹出流体を前記カプセル内に導入することによって淹出飲料を淹出して前記淹出飲料を前記カプセルから排出するように設計されており、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル認識モジュールを備える、淹出モジュール(1)。 - 前記カプセル認識モジュールは、前記カプセル認識位置が鉛直方向で前記淹出位置の上方になるように配置されている、請求項5に記載の淹出モジュール。
- 前記第1および第2の淹出モジュール部(3,4)は、3つの異なる定められた位置の間で互いに相対的に移動可能であり、
前記淹出チャンバは第1の位置に形成され、
前記第1の位置から第2の位置への移動後に、前記淹出チャンバに位置する前記カプセルは重力の影響で下方向にカプセル容器(95)の中へと落下し、ただし、前記第2の位置において、前記淹出モジュール部は、前記カプセル挿入開口部(11)を通じて挿入されたカプセルが、カプセル認識位置で、鉛直方向において前記淹出位置の高さよりも高い位置で保持されるという効果を有し、
第3の位置において、前記カプセル認識位置にあるカプセルは、ここから実質的に前記淹出位置の高さまで落下することが可能であり、
前記第2の位置は、前記第1の位置と前記第3の位置との間である、請求項6に記載の淹出モジュール。 - 前記第1の淹出モジュール部(3)に対する前記第2の淹出モジュール部(4)の可動性により、純粋に直線状の相対移動が可能になる、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の淹出モジュール。
- 水供給部と、ポンプ(92)および水加熱手段(93)と、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル認識モジュール(5)および/または請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の淹出モジュールとを備える、特にコーヒーマシンである飲料調製マシン。
