- 内側に流体移動孔(101)が形成され、流体が流入される流入部(110)と流体が流出される流出部(120)を具備するバルブケーシング(100)と、
前記バルブケーシング(100)の内側に固定されて設置され、内部にスライド孔(210)を具備する固定ヒーターブロック(200)と、
前記バルブケーシング(100)の上部に着脱可能に結合され、駆動力を提供する駆動部材(300)と、
前記駆動部材(300)と連結され、前記駆動部材(300)の駆動可否によって前記流入部(110)を開閉する密閉部(400)と、を含んで構成され、
前記密閉部(400)は、
前記固定ヒーターブロック(200)で発生する熱が伝導されるように、前記固定ヒーターブロック(200)が引き込まれる連結溝(411)を含む熱伝達ブロック(410)が形成され、
前記密閉部(400)は、
上部に水平方向へ延長し形成される固定部(421)と下部に形成される下敷部(422)および、前記下敷部(422)の中央に形成された挿入孔(423)で構成された固定プレート(420)が形成され、
前記下敷部(420)の下部に結合され、前記バルブケーシング(100)の内部に形成される真空状態と大気圧状態を隔離するベローズ(430)が形成され、
前記熱伝達ブロック(410)が引き込まれるように内側方向に陥没し形成される結合溝(441)を具備する密閉板(440)が形成され、
前記固定ヒーターブロック(200)は、
上部外周縁に延長し形成される据え置き部(230)がさらに含まれ、前記固定ヒーターブロック(200)の前記据え置き部(230)が前記固定プレート(420)の前記下敷部(422)に停止され、前記固定ヒーターブロック(200)が、前記ベローズ(430)内側に位置され、
前記熱伝達ブロック(410)は前記結合溝(441)において前記密閉板(440)の内周面であって前記駆動力によって移動するシャフト(330)の移動方向に平行な内周面全体と接することを特徴とする固定ヒーターブロックを具備したアングルバルブ(1)。 - 前記駆動部材(300)と前記熱伝達ブロック(410)を連結する熱伝達シャフト(450)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、固定ヒーターブロックを具備したアングルバルブ(1)。
