Claims (4)
- 電圧の欠如を確認するためのシステムであって、
電源に接続された第1のインピーダンスと、
前記第1のインピーダンスに電気的に接続された振幅制限器と、
前記第1のインピーダンスと前記振幅制限器とに電気的に接続された第2のインピーダンスと、
前記第2のインピーダンスに電気的に接続されたバラクタ回路と、
前記第2のインピーダンスと前記バラクタ回路とに電気的に接続された絶縁コンデンサと、
前記絶縁コンデンサに電気的に接続されたRF発振器と、
前記RF発振器と前記絶縁コンデンサとに電気的に接続されたエンベロープ回路と、
前記エンベロープ回路に接続された電圧検出回路と、
を備え、
前記振幅制限器が、前記バラクタ回路に印加される電圧を制限するように構成されており、前記RF発振器が、前記バラクタ回路と相互作用して、前記エンベロープ回路のための変調信号を作るように構成されており、前記エンベロープ回路が、前記信号を前記電圧検出回路のために復調するように構成されており、
前記バラクタ回路が、共振回路を作るように構成された誘導子を含む、システム。 - 前記エンベロープ回路が、前記RF発振器と前記絶縁コンデンサとに、バッファを介して電気的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムによって検出される予定の電圧に類似の電圧を作るように構成された電荷ポンプ回路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電荷ポンプ回路への分圧器を作るように構成された、前記電荷ポンプ回路のための、アースへの独立高インピーダンス経路をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
