Claims (5)
- 溶接棒乾燥機を収納し、前記溶接棒乾燥機に電源を供給するための接続部材が内部に設けられたチャンバと、前記チャンバの入口に設けられる開閉ドアと、を含むモジュール型本体が複数備えられ、前記モジュール型本体の少なくとも一面には、他のモジュール型本体と結合するための締結手段が形成される溶接棒乾燥機の払出装置であって、
前記溶接棒乾燥機は、チャンバ内の両側側面及び上面から離隔し、チャンバの入口からの正面視外形が円形となるようにチャンバ内両側側面の略中央位置に配置され、溶接棒が収納された状態で溶接棒を一定の温度で保管し、
前記接続部材は、溶接棒乾燥機の払出可否を確認するためにチャンバ内一方側の側面側の位置にチャンバの底面と垂直に形成される区画板の形態で設けられる払出カード据置台と対向するようにチャンバ内他方側の側面に取り付けられており、
前記開閉ドアと、開閉ドアと接するキャビネットの各前面には、安全のために、指定の作業者以外の使用を制限するロック部が設けられ、
前記開閉ドアの枠フレームの下端側位置前面には、チャンバに関する事項が表示され、指定の作業者のみが使用できるようにする表示部材が設けられており、
前記開閉ドアは、一側が回転可能な複数のヒンジ部とヒンジ部の反対側に開閉のための取っ手とが形成され、内側が矩形に刳り抜かれたような矩形枠状となっている枠フレームと、この枠フレームの内側に、チャンバ内部の略全域を透視可能で且つ通気が行われる網部と、を有しており、
更に、前記締結手段が形成された一面には、接続端子台と接続端子函、又は接続口と接続函でなり、噛み合って電気的な接続が行われる、他のモジュール型本体と電気的に連結するための接続手段が備えられることを特徴とする溶接棒乾燥機の払出装置。 - 更に、前記モジュール型本体には、一面に設けられた締結手段と結合可能な支持部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接棒乾燥機の払出装置。
- 更に、前記チャンバ内には、溶接棒乾燥機の電源供給時間を設定するためのタイマを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接棒乾燥機の払出装置。
- 前記タイマは、前記モジュール型本体のチャンバに対して、単一、又は、各チャンバ別に個別に設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶接棒乾燥機の払出装置。
- 更に、前記チャンバ内には、溶接棒乾燥機の収納可否を感知する感知センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接棒乾燥機の払出装置。
