Description
レゾルシノールを所望の濃度で水に溶解する。次いで、ホルムアルデヒドを表Iに示した比で加え、得られた溶液を5分間〜30分間反応させる。この時点で、アンモニアをゆっくりと加え、5分〜1時間反応させる。最後に、ラテックスを添加し、1時間〜72時間成熟させる。
縮合樹脂を水に溶解し、適切な量のアンモニアを添加することでそのpHを予め9以上に上昇させる。次いで、ウレアを添加し、アンモニアをさらに添加することでその溶液のpHを10以上に上昇させる。この時点で、リグニンおよびラテックスを添加する。
混合の開始前に、接線ローター(一般にBanburyと呼ばれる)を備え、230〜270リットルの内部容積を有するミキサーに、ポリマーベースおよび補強性充填剤を充填し、66〜72%の充填率とした。そのミキサーを40〜60rpmの速度で運転し、140〜160℃の温度に達したら、形成された混合物を排出した。
加硫系を前のステップから得られた混合物に加え、63〜67%の充填率とした。そのミキサーを20〜40rpmの速度で運転し、100〜110℃の温度に達したら、形成された混合物を排出した。
Claims (6)
- タイヤ用の繊維材料の補強プライに適用するのに適した接着剤組成物であって、
前記接着剤組成物は、
(a)エラストマーゴムのラテックスと、
(b)レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドからなり、保護されたイソシアネート基を含むプレ縮合樹脂と、
を含む単一の塩基性水溶液であり、
前記単一の塩基性水溶液は、
(c)リグニンと、
(d)ウレアおよびチオウレアから選択される化合物と、
をさらに含む、接着剤組成物。 - 前記エラストマーゴムのラテックスが、スチレン−ブタジエン−ビニルピリジンのラテックスまたはスチレン−ブタジエン−ビニルピリジンとスチレン−ブタジエンとの混合物からのラテックスを含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記リグニンが、スルホン化リグニンである、請求項1または2に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 5〜25phrの前記プレ縮合樹脂、
1〜10phrのリグニン、および
1〜10phrのウレアおよびチオウレアから選択される前記化合物を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物に浸漬された、タイヤ用の繊維材料の補強プライ。
- 請求項5に記載の繊維材料の補強プライを含む、タイヤ。
