1)CERYNIKにおけるポリマの吸収では、構造はロック構造から非ロック構造に動く。したがって、ロック安定性のプラス面は治療の残りの部分に対して失われる。しかし、本発明の利点は、ロック状態の固定の利点を失うことなく、フラグメント間の変位の段階的な増加がみられることである。骨インプラントの構造は、多少硬くはなくなるが、緩くはならない。

‐製造プロセスが、スリーブの制御された半径方向収縮の発生を前提とする。

Claims (15)
- 頭部部分(5)、先細の前部部分(8)、及び前記頭部部分(5)と、前記先細の前部部分(8)と、の間のシャフト(3)と、を備える骨固定のための装置であって、前記シャフト(3)が前記先細の前部部分(8)に隣接する遠位部分(3a)と、前記頭部部分(5)に隣接する近位部分(3b)と、を有する骨固定のための装置において、
a)前記遠位部分(3a)は、ねじ山が設けられるとともに、一定の外径DA及び内部コア直径DIを有し;
b)前記シャフト(3)の少なくとも前記近位部分(3b)は、分解速度BNDを有する生物学的に分解不可能な材料を備えるとともに直径d≦DIを有するコア(2)を有し、
c)スリーブ(9)が前記コア(2)を取り巻き、分解速度BDを有する生物学的に分解可能な材料を備え、かつ直径DS≦DAを有し、
d)BD>BNDであり、
e)前記スリーブ(9)は、前記コア(2)に回転しない態様で固定されている、

- 前記スリーブ(9)は、一定の外径Ds=DAを有する、請求項1に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- d≦DIである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 前記スリーブ(9)には、外側ねじ山が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 前記スリーブ(9)は、滑らかな外面を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 比d:DAは、0.6〜0.9の範囲にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 前記シャフト(3)は、チタン、チタン合金(Ti‐6Al‐4V又はTi‐6Al‐7Ni)、ステンレス鋼、金属合金(CoCr、CoCrMo、CoCrMoC、CoCrNi又はCoCr‐WNi)、及び長期生分解性ポリマから成る群から選択された1つ以上の生物学的に分解不可能な材料を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 前記生物学的に分解可能なスリーブ(9)は、吸収性材料を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 吸収性を有する前記スリーブ(9)は、0.5〜20.0GPaの当初の圧縮弾性率を有する材料を備える、請求項9に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 前記吸収性材料の分子量、圧縮強度、及び弾性率は、4〜8週間で50%低下し、10〜14週間で90%低下する、請求項9又は10に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- 前記スリーブ(9)の前記生物学的に分解可能な材料は、
ポリ(グリコール酸)(PGA)、4つの形態学的に異なるポリマ(D、L、DL、メソ)を生じさせる立体異性体でのポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリ(ジオキサノン)(Poly(dioxanone))(PDS)、ポリ‐L‐ラクティック‐コ‐グリコール酸(poly‐L‐lactic‐co‐glycolic acid (PLGA), poly‐D/L‐lactic acid, poly‐L‐lactic acid)(PLGA)、ポリ‐D/L‐乳酸)、ポリカプロラクトン(PLC)、ポリカプロラクトン‐リン酸カルシウム(PLC‐CaP)、ポリ(L‐ラクチド‐コ‐D,L‐ラクチド)(PLADLA又はPLDLLA)及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択された1つ以上の材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。 - 前記スリーブ(9)の前記生物学的に分解可能な材料は、以下の材料:
異なる比率でのラクティックグリコリック酸共重合体、分解可能な自己拡張型ポリ‐L,D‐ラクチド及びポリ‐ε‐カプロラクトンホモポリマ
のうちの1つ以上を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。 - 前記遠位部分(3a)の前記ねじ山は連続的ではないことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置。
- a)請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定のための装置と、
b)骨プレート内における前記骨固定のための装置の安定した固定を可能にするロック機構を有する少なくとも1つのロックプレート孔を有する前記骨プレートと、
によって特徴づけられる、骨折の治療のためのキット。
