Claims (11)
- 燃焼エンジンから補助ユニットに回転モーメントを伝達する装置であって、この装置が、補助ユニットのシャフト(3)と補助ユニットの筐体(2)に回転可能な形で配置されたベルトプーリー(4)とを備え、これらのベルトプーリー(4)と補助ユニットのシャフト(3)が、過負荷保護部を介して互いに接続されており、この過負荷保護部は、所定の回転モーメントを上回った場合に、ベルトプーリー(4)と補助ユニットのシャフト(3)の間の接続が遮断されるように構成されており、この過負荷保護部が、複数のスプリングアーム(10)を備えたスプリングワッシャー(6)を有し、これらのスプリングアームの終端側が、所定の回転モーメントに到達するまで、円板形状の留め具(7)の接続部と回転ずれしない形で接続されている装置において、
この留め具(7)の各接続部が、それぞれ留め具(7)内のポケット状収容部(11)として構成されており、各スプリングアーム(10)の終端(10a)が、ばね応力の影響下で、圧力ばめにより、このポケット状収容部(11)の当接面(12)に当接し、各ポケット状収容部(11)が、留め具(7)から領域に渡って切り出されたフック形状の突起部(13)として構成される、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記の各スプリングアーム(10)の終端(10a)と各当接面(12)が、互いに適合し合う成形部(10b,12a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の成形部が内側湾曲部又は外側湾曲部(10b,12a)として構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記の突起部(13)が追加の補強部(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記の突起部(13)が弾力的に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記の留め具(7)が、周縁領域において各突起部(13)に隣接して、それに対応するスプリングアーム(10)の方向を向いた、そのスプリングアームに当接する支持アーム(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記の支持アームの各々が、留め具(7)から領域に渡って切り出された突起部(15)として構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記の支持アーム(15)の各々が追加の補強部を備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記のスプリングワッシャー(6)が、少なくとも三つの対称的に分散したスプリングアーム(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記のスプリングワッシャー(6)が、所定の回転モーメントを上回らない限り留め具(7)に当接する、周囲を巡る張出部(6a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記の補助ユニットが自動車の空調設備のコンプレッサであることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
