Claims (2)
- 板材を支持するテーブルと、
前記板材に貫通穴を加工するドリルと、
前記貫通穴の回りで前記板材を押圧する環状の押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材の内側空間を通じて前記板材の表面を撮像するカメラと、
前記ドリルを当該ドリルの中心が前記押圧部材の中心と一致する加工位置と当該ドリルが前記カメラの視野の外側に位置する退避位置との間で移動する移動装置と、を備え、
前記押圧部材には、前記板材の表面における前記貫通穴の周囲に向けて光を照射する照明装置が挿入される複数の挿入穴が周方向に分布するように設けられており、前記複数の挿入穴のそれぞれに挿入された前記照明装置の光軸方向と前記板材の表面とがなす角度が25〜60度である、穿設装置。 - 前記複数の挿入穴の数は2つであり、前記板材の厚さ方向から見たときに前記2つの挿入穴に挿入された照明装置の光軸方向が互いにほぼ直交している、請求項1に記載の穿設装置。
