Claims (14)
- 互いに流体連通する入口(12)及び出口(26)を備え、また前記入口と前記出口との間に回転部材(16)を有してガラス物品を破壊する装置(10)であって、前記回転部材(16)はモータ(24)に回転可能に取付け、前記装置(10)への前記入口は前記回転部材(16)に向けて開口し、前記出口(26)は前記回転部材(16)の側面であって、前記回転部材(16)と同じ高さの位置に設けられており、また前記回転部材(16)は、前記入口から前記出口に向かう全体的な空気流を生ずる部分を有し、また破壊された物体の粒子を順次に前記回転部材(16)から前記出口(26)に放出し、
前記装置は、前記入口(12)と前記出口(26)とを繋ぐ空気導管(46)を備え、
前記装置の前記出口(26)から放出される空気は前記空気導管(46)を介して前記装置の前記入口(12)に再循環させ、
ガラス物品を収容する第1端部(60b)及び前記入口(12)に開口する第2端部(60a)を有する導管(60)を備え、前記導管(60)は前記導管(60)へのアクセスを阻止する閉鎖機構(62)を有し、前記閉鎖機構(62)は前記導管の一方の端部で閉じたとき導管を閉塞するよう配置した閉鎖部材(64)を有し、
前記導管は、その長さに沿う位置で前記導管の周縁における少なくとも一部の周りに配置され、熱により膨張することで前記導管の少なくとも一部を閉鎖する、膨張耐火性カラーを有する、装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、電磁ロック機構(68)を有し、前記電磁ロック機構が作動するとき前記閉鎖部材が前記導管へのアクセスを阻止する、装置。
- 請求項2記載の装置において、前記導管内に光学的センサを設け、物体が開放導管を通過したことを前記光学的センサが検出するとき、前記電磁ロック機構が作動し、前記閉鎖部材を所定時間にわたり閉鎖位置にロックする、装置。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記導管内に色検出センサを設け、また前記導管には仕分け機構を設け、検出されるボトルの色及び導管を通過する経路は、通過するボトルの色に応じて調整する、装置。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記閉鎖部材は、前記導管の一方の端部で閉じて前記導管を閉塞する閉鎖した形態になるようにバイアスが加えられている、装置。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記導管は、前記入口と前記閉鎖部材(64)との間の位置に消音機構を有する、装置。
- 請求項6記載の装置において、前記消音機構は、開放セル発泡材及び2重壁構造を有する、装置。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記導管は、その長さに沿うねじり部を有し、前記導管の前記入口と前記導管の前記出口との間でほぼ直接見通しラインが存在しないようにする、装置。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記入口は複数の通路を含む管状部材を有し、少なくとも1つの通路は前記装置に達し、破壊すべき物体の色を決定し、また物体の色に基づいて物体を特定通路に沿って送る、装置。
- 請求項9記載の装置において、前記回転部材を、前記管状部材内の少なくとも2つの通路の端部に設ける、装置。
- 請求項9又は10記載の装置において、光学的フィルタを、前記管状部材内に配置し、また前記物体の色を決定するのに用いる、装置。
- 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記回転部材の平面は前記入口にほぼ直交させる、装置。
- 請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記回転部材の周縁周りにギャップを設け、前記ギャップ内に破壊された物体の断片を捕集しかつ互いに擦り潰してから、前記出口に放出する、装置。
- 請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記出口で前記破壊した物体の断片を受入れかつ保持するホッパを設け、前記ホッパは、前記ホッパから断片を放出できるバルブを有する、装置。
