Description
以上に鑑み、本発明は、有機EL素子等において発生した光の取り出し効率を高めることができ、かつ耐薬品性及び耐失透性に優れたガラスを提供することを目的とする。
Claims (14)
- 質量%で、SiO2 34〜45%、Al2O3 0.1〜8%、B2O3 0.1〜15%、BaO 0.1〜50%、TiO2 2.1〜15%、La2O3 0.1〜15%を含有し、実質的にPbOを含有せず、Na2O+K2Oが5%以下、(TiO2+La2O3)/B2O3が0.5〜6であることを特徴とするガラス。
- MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜15%、SrO 4〜15%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。
- ZrO2 0.1〜10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス。
- Nb2O5を0〜5%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜 3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- ZnOを0〜20%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- Li2O、Na2O及びK2Oを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- Sb2O3の含有量が0.2%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 屈折率(nd)が1.60以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラスからなることを特徴とするガラス板。
- 厚み2mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス板。
- 有機EL照明基板として用いられることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のガラス板。
- 有機ELディスプレイ基板として用いられることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のガラス板。
- 太陽電池基板として用いられることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のガラス板。
- 導光板として用いられることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のガラス板。
