Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係るモータ駆動装置20を用いたモータユニット10の構成を示す概略図である。図1の本実施の形態に係るモータユニット10は、一例として車載エアコンの送風に用いられる、いわゆるブロアモータのユニットである。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。第1の実施の形態では、PWM信号の生成に係る搬送波周波数を、マイコン32の制御周期毎に変更することにより、モータ52から生じるノイズを低減した。しかしながら、PWM信号の生成に係る搬送波周波数を変更すると、モータ52に印加される電圧のデューティ比が変動し、モータ52からノイズが発生する場合があった。かかるノイズを抑制するには、例えば、f1kHz、f2kHz、f3kHz、f4kHz、f5kHzから1の基準周波数を定め、基準周波数以外の周波数に従ったPWM信号に基づいて生成される電圧が、基準周波数に従った周期のPWM信号に基づいて生成される電圧と同じになるようにする。

Claims (5)
- パルス幅変調信号により各々オンオフ制御される複数のスイッチング素子を備え、前記複数のスイッチング素子のオンオフ状態に応じた駆動電圧でモータを駆動する駆動部と、
所定周期で繰り返し動作し、動作開始時に、各々周波数が異なる複数の予め定められた信号から選択した信号及び指令信号に基づいてパルス幅変調信号を生成し、生成したパルス幅変調信号を用いて前記駆動部の前記複数のスイッチング素子のオンオフ状態を制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、前記複数の予め定められた信号の中の1つの信号を基準信号として定め、該基準信号以外の信号に基づいたパルス幅変調信号を用いて生成される駆動電圧が、前記基準信号に基づいたパルス幅変調信号を用いて生成される駆動電圧と同じになるように、前記基準信号以外の信号に基づいて生成されたパルス幅変調信号を補正するモータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の予め定められた信号から重複しないように1の信号を順次選択し、前記複数の予め定められた信号の最後の1つを選択した後は、最初に選択した信号から重複しないように1の信号を順次選択することを繰り返す請求項1記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の予め定められた信号からランダムに1の信号を選択する請求項1記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記基準信号に基づいたパルス幅変調信号と、前記基準信号以外の信号に基づいたパルス幅変調信号との各々でデッドタイムの影響を排した実質値が同じになるように、前記基準信号以外の信号に基づいたパルス幅変調信号を補正する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記モータの回転速度を検出する回転速度検出部を含み、
前記制御部は、前記指令信号が示す目標回転速度と前記回転速度検出部によって検出された前記モータの実回転速度との偏差を解消するように前記モータの駆動電圧を算出する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のモータ駆動装置。
