Claims (10)
- 燃焼装置から排出され、少なくとも窒素酸化物及び二酸化炭素を含有する排ガスを導入し、前記排ガス中の窒素酸化物を窒素酸化物吸収液により吸収除去する窒素酸化物吸収部と、
前記排ガス中の窒素酸化物を除去した処理排ガスを排出する排ガス排出ラインと、
前記窒素酸化物吸収部の底部と頂部とを接続し、前記窒素酸化物吸収液を循環する窒素酸化物吸収液循環ラインと、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液循環ラインから分岐され、循環する前記窒素酸化物吸収液を抜出す窒素酸化物吸収液抜出ラインと、
抜出された前記窒素酸化物吸収液を加熱再生処理し、少なくとも一酸化窒素及び二酸化炭素を含む放出ガスと、窒素酸化物吸収液再生液とを得る窒素酸化物吸収液加熱再生部と、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液加熱再生部からの放出ガスを、前記排ガス排出ラインに導入する放出ガスラインと、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液加熱再生部からの窒素酸化物吸収液再生液を、前記窒素酸化物吸収液循環ラインに導入する再生液排出ラインと、を具備することを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液加熱再生部にアルカリ剤を供給するアルカリ供給部を有することを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液加熱再生部が、
抜出された前記窒素酸化物吸収液を水蒸気により間接加熱する第1のリクレーマと、
前記第1のリクレーマからの放出蒸気を放出する放出蒸気ラインに設けられ、放出蒸気中から窒素酸化物吸収液再生液と放出ガスとを気液分離する第1の気液分離装置と、を具備することを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液加熱再生部が、
前記抜出された窒素酸化物吸収液を水蒸気により間接加熱するリボイラを有する窒素酸化物吸収液再生塔であり、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液再生塔の頂部からのNO及びCO2を含む放出蒸気を放出する放出蒸気ラインに設けられ、前記放出蒸気中から窒素酸化物吸収液再生液と放出ガスとを気液分離する第2の気液分離装置と、を具備することを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記窒素酸化物吸収再生塔の底部から抜出された窒素酸化物吸収再生液を加熱再生処理し、少なくとも一酸化窒素及び二酸化炭素を含む放出ガスと、
窒素酸化物吸収液再生液とを得る第2のリクレーマと、を具備することを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つにおいて、
前記窒素酸化物吸収液が、3級アミンを含むアミン溶液又はアルカリ液であることを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つの排ガス処理装置と、
前記排ガス排出ラインにより導入され、前記放出ガスを混合した排ガス中のCO2とCO2吸収液とを接触させてCO2を除去するCO2吸収塔と、
CO2を吸収したリッチ溶液をリボイラの蒸気により再生するCO2吸収液再生塔と、
前記CO2吸収塔から前記リッチ溶液を抜出すと共に、前記CO2吸収液再生塔側に導入するリッチ溶液供給ラインと、
前記CO2吸収液再生塔で再生されたCO2が放散されたリーン溶液を前記CO2吸収液再生塔から抜出すと共に、前記CO2吸収塔に導入し、CO2吸収液として再利用するリーン溶液供給ラインと、
前記リーン供給ラインからリーン溶液を抜出し、リーン溶液を再生する第3のリクレーマと、を具備することを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項7において、
前記放出ガスラインから分岐し、前記放出ガスの一部を前記CO2吸収液再生塔の底部に導入する放出ガス分岐ラインを有することを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項7又は8において、
前記第3のリクレーマの底部からリクレーマ排出液を抜出すと共に、前記リクレーマ排出液を、前記窒素酸化物吸収液の抜出液に導入するリクレーマ排出液導入ラインを有することを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項7乃至9のいずれか一つにおいて、
前記CO2吸収液と、前記窒素酸化物吸収液との吸収液成分の少なくとも一種の成分が共通することを特徴とするCO2回収装置。
