Claims (10)
- 電線を受け容れるスリットと、前記スリットに通じる切欠きとが形成された電線接続部を備えた端子であって、
前記電線接続部は、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記スリットの幅方向における前記電線の位置を決める一対の位置決め部と、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記一対の位置決め部によって位置決めされた前記電線の絶縁被覆部を削り取る一対の角部と、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記一対の角部によって前記絶縁被覆部が削り取られた後の前記電線の導体部を挟んだ状態で支持する一対の支持部とを有し、
前記角部が、前記支持部の位置決め部側端部に位置し、
前記一対の支持部の間隔が、前記一対の位置決め部の間隔よりも小さく、
前記切欠きは、前記幅方向に沿って前記スリットに向かって開口しており、
前記切欠きの内面が、前記角部の位置決め部側の面に連続しており、
前記一対の支持部は、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記位置決め部に隣接する一対の第1支持領域部と、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記一対の第1支持領域部間を通過した前記導体部を受け容れる一対の第2支持領域部と、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記一対の第1支持領域部間を通過した前記導体部を前記一対の第2支持領域部間に導く一対の第3支持領域部とを有し、
前記一対の第2支持領域部の間隔が、前記一対の第1支持領域部の間隔よりも小さく、
前記一対の第3支持領域部の間隔は、前記一対の第1支持領域部から前記一対の第2支持領域部に近づくにしたがって次第に小さくなる
ことを特徴とする端子。 - 前記角部の角度が、直角以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子。 - 前記切欠きの内面が、前記角部の位置決め部側の面に連続する平面と、前記平面に連続する湾曲面とで構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子。 - 前記切欠きの内面が、前記角部の位置決め部側の面に連続する湾曲面と、前記湾曲面に連続する平面とで構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子。 - 前記切欠きの内面が、前記角部の位置決め部側の面に連続する湾曲面である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子。 - 前記角部の位置決め部側の面と前記切欠きの内面とが滑らかに連続している
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子。 - 前記角部の位置決め部側の面に連続する平面と、前記平面に連続する湾曲面とが滑らかに連続している
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の端子。 - 前記角部の位置決め部側の面に連続する湾曲面と、前記湾曲面に連続する平面とが滑らかに連続している
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の端子。 - 前記電線接続部は、
前記スリットを挟むように配置され、前記一対の位置決め部間に前記電線をガイドする一対の電線ガイド部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の端子。 - 前記電線接続部は、金属板を打ち抜き加工を施すことによって形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の端子。
