Claims (15)
- ハウジング(7、49)と、
前記ハウジング(7、49)に形成され、供給開口(24、60)から吐出開口(25、61)に延在して、均質化されるプラスチック材料溶融物(K)のための少なくとも1つのハウジングチャンネル(14、15、50)と、
均質化されるプラスチック材料溶融物(K)のための複数のフローチャンネル(S1−Sn)を有する少なくとも1つの均質化エレメント(41、56、57)とを備え、
前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の各々は、チャンネル長手方向(46)に形成された長さ(L1−Ln)及び前記チャンネル長手方向(46)の横方向に形成された断面積(A1−An)及び断面形状(Q1−Qn)を有し、
前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の少なくとも幾つかは、前記長さ(L1−Ln)、前記断面積(A1−An)及び前記断面形状(Q1−Qn)のグループの少なくとも1つの特徴に関して異なっており、
前記少なくとも1つの均質化エレメント(41、56、57)は、前記供給開口(24、60)及び吐出開口(25、61)の間に配置されるプラスチック材料溶融物の均質化装置であって、
前記装置は、スクリュー装置(2)として構成され、少なくとも1つの処理エレメントシャフト(16、17)が少なくとも1つのハウジングチャンネル(14、15)内に配置され、前記処理エレメントシャフト(16、17)は組み合わされた回転軸線(19、20)の周りで回転自在に駆動可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの処理エレメントシャフト(16、17)は処理エレメント(33、34、35、36、39、40)が非回転自在に連続して配置された少なくとも1つのシャフト(31、32)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの均質化エレメント(41)は前記少なくとも1つのハウジングチャンネル(14、15)内に延在し、前記少なくとも1つの処理エレメントシャフト(16、17)によって貫通していること、及び、
前記少なくとも1つの均質化エレメント(41)の下流には、混合ゾーン(29)が形成され、前記混合ゾーン(29)には処理エレメントが前記少なくとも1つのシャフト(31、32)上に配置されてはおらず、少なくとも1つのスリーブ(37、38)が前記混合ゾーン(29)内で前記少なくとも1つのシャフト(31、32)上に配置されることを特徴とするプラスチック材料溶融物の均質化装置。 - 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)は、少なくとも2つの異なる長さ(L)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S 1 −S n )の最大長さLmaxと最小長さLminの比には、Lmax/Lmin≧1.2が適用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の最小長さLminには、Lmin≧10mmが適用され及び/又は前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の最大長さLmaxには、Lmax≦500mmが適用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)は、前記プラスチック材料溶融物(K)の搬送方向(3)に関して下流側で同一面に終端することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)は、前記プラスチック材料溶融物(K)の搬送方向(3)に関して上流側の位置が均一ではない位置で終端することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S 1 −S n )の少なくとも2つは、互いに異なる断面積(A)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の最大断面積Amaxと最小断面積Aminの比には、Amax/Amin≧1.2が適用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の最小断面積Aminには、Amin≧5mm2が適用され及び/又は前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の最大断面積Amaxには、Amax≦1600mm2が適用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S 1 −S n )の少なくとも2つは、互いに異なる断面形状(Q)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)の少なくとも一つの断面形状(Q)は円形、楕円形、水滴形及び多角形のグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)は、前記チャンネル長手方向(46)に直線状に走行することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フローチャンネル(S1−Sn)は、互いに平行に、前記プラスチック材料溶融物(K)の搬送方向(3)に平行に走行することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項12いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均質化エレメント(41)は前記ハウジング(7)に堅固に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項13いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置(2、4)及びプラスチック材料溶融物(K)を提供すること、
前記プラスチック材料溶融物(K)を搬送方向(3)で少なくとも一つの均質化エレメント(41、56、57)に搬送すること、
前記少なくとも一つの均質化エレメント(41、56、57)を通って流して前記プラスチック材料溶融物(K)が複数の部分ストリーム(T1−Tn)に分割され、前記部分ストリーム(T1−Tn)はそれぞれのフローチャンネル(S1−Sn)を通って流れ、それぞれのフローチャンネル(S1−Sn)を離脱するとき異なるフロー速度(v1−vn)を有し、
前記少なくとも一つの均質化エレメント(41、56、57)の下流で前記プラスチック材料溶融物(K)の均一なフローを確立して前記混合ゾーン(29)内で前記部分ストリーム(T1−Tn)の膨張及び剪断が行われることの工程から成ることを特徴とするプラスチック材料溶融物の均質化方法。
