Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の太陽電池セル(i、j)を備える太陽電池モジュールの為の裏面接続層であって、
前記複数の太陽電池セル(i、j)は1つ以上の裏面接触部を有する形式であり、
前記複数の太陽電池セル(i、j)は、直列に接続された太陽電池セル(i、j)の所定数のストリング(3)で分離され、各々の直列のストリング(3)は、最初の太陽電池セルおよび最後の太陽電池セルを備え、バイパスダイオードは、前記所定数のストリング(3)の各々に対して並列に接続可能であり、
前記所定数のストリング(3)は第1ストリング、第2ストリング、第3ストリングを含み、
前記複数の太陽電池セル(i、j)に対する接触部は、前記裏面接続層に設けられ、前記所定数のストリング(3)の各々の前記最初の太陽電池セルおよび前記最後の太陽電池セルに対して直接アクセス可能な電気的接続部が太陽電池セル(i、j)のツーバイツー配置の一部と重なる裏面接続層の一部に設けられるように、配置され、
太陽電池セル(i、j)のツーバイツー配置は、前記第1ストリングの前記最初の太陽電池セルおよび最後の太陽電池セルと、前記第3ストリングの前記最初の太陽電池セルおよび最後の太陽電池セルとを備え、
前記第2ストリングの前記最初の太陽電池セルに対する接続部は、前記第1ストリングの前記最後の太陽電池セルを経て設けられ、前記第2ストリングの前記最後の太陽電池セルに対する接続部は、前記第3ストリングの前記最初の太陽電池セルを経て設けられる、裏面接続層。 - 前記裏面接続層の前記一部は、太陽電池セル(i、j)の前記ツーバイツー配置の4つの隣接した角領域と重なる、請求項1に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記裏面接続層は、太陽電池セル(i、j)の前記ツーバイツー配置の前記一部に、複数の接続箱接続部およびバイパスダイオード接続部(5)を更に備える、請求項1または2に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記裏面接続層は、前記所定数のストリング(3)の各々に対して並列に接続されるバイパスダイオードを備える、請求項1,2または3に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記ストリング(3)の所定数が、3である、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記裏面接続層は、太陽電池(i、j)の6×12配列と接続するように配置される、請求項1−5のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記裏面接続層は、太陽電池(i、j)の6×10配列と接続するように配置される、請求項1−5のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記ストリング(3)の所定数が、4である、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層。
- 前記裏面接続層の一部として設けられる1つ以上のバイパスダイオード導体(6)を更に備える、請求項1−8のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層。
- バイパスダイオード接続経路(6)は、前記2つの隣接した太陽電池セル(i、j)の前記複数の裏面接触部の外部接触部の周囲に曲折パターンで、2つの隣接した太陽電池(i、j)のエッジ方向に沿って、前記裏面接続層に形成される、請求項2−8のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層。
- 請求項1−10のいずれか一項に記載の裏面接続層および複数の太陽電池セル(i、j)を備える、太陽電池モジュール。
