Description
本発明の一実施形態によるリサイクルナイロン繊維の製造方法100を示す工程フロー図である図1を参照されたい。図1において、リサイクルナイロン繊維の製造方法100は、工程110、工程120、工程130、工程140、工程150又は工程160を含む。
本発明は、前記リサイクルナイロン繊維の製造方法により製造されるリサイクルナイロン繊維を提供し、本発明のリサイクルナイロン繊維は、完全にナイロン繊維廃材で製造されるナイロン粒子を原料として紡績され、つまり、本発明のリサイクルナイロン繊維は、100%リサイクルナイロン繊維であり、ナイロン繊維廃材のリサイクルに有利し、環境保護の要求を満たす。
断線回数評価:24時間内の断線回数を統計し、断線回数が1〜3回であると、AAグレードに属し、優れていると評価され、断線回数が4〜6回であると、Aグレードに属し、普通と評価され、断線回数が7回以上であると、Bグレードに属し、不良と評価される。
実施例1:ナイロン繊維廃材を提供し、実施例1において、ナイロン繊維廃材が耐油性ナイロン6全光糸であり、粉砕機によりナイロン6全光糸を粉砕させて最大の長さが3cm〜5cmであるナイロン繊維の破片を形成してから、ナイロン繊維の破片を洗濯タンクで20分間洗浄して、ナイロン繊維の破片の油含量を0.22wt%以下に低下させ、それから、脱水器で脱水をして、ナイロン繊維の破片の水分を10wt%以下に低下させ、更に脱水されたナイロン繊維の破片を押出機により押出して、ナイロンフィルムを形成し、ナイロンフィルムの水分が4wt%以下であり、ナイロンフィルムを押出機に入れて溶融造粒を行って、リサイクルナイロン粒子を得た。それから、ナイロン粒子に対して溶融紡績工程を行い、溶融工程の温度が265℃であり、冷却工程は温度が17℃、風速が30m/min及び相対湿度が65%である冷却空気により冷却して、延伸工程のドラフト率が1.2であり、巻取工程の回転速度が4200m/minであり、これにより実施例1のリサイクルナイロン繊維を得て、具体的に、実施例1のリサイクルナイロン繊維は、リサイクルナイロン6全光糸であった。

Claims (9)
- 耐油性ナイロン6繊維廃材又は耐油性ナイロン66繊維廃材であるナイロン繊維廃材を提供する工程と、
前記ナイロン繊維廃材を粉砕して、複数のナイロン繊維の破片を形成する粉砕工程と、
前記ナイロン繊維の破片を洗浄して、前記ナイロン繊維の破片の油含量を0.22wt%以下に低下させる洗浄工程と、
前記ナイロン繊維の破片の水分を除去して、水分が4wt%以下である複数のナイロンフィルムを形成する脱水押出工程と、
前記ナイロンフィルムを溶融造粒して、複数のリサイクルナイロン粒子を形成する溶融造粒工程と、
前記リサイクルナイロン粒子を溶融紡績して、リサイクルナイロン繊維を得る溶融紡績工程と、
