ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病、または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病関連の合併症、深部静脈血栓塞栓症または肺血栓塞栓症などの血栓塞栓症、急性冠症候群(ACS)、狭心症、心筋梗塞、がん、黄斑変性症、炎症、枯草熱、アテローム性動脈硬化症および/または関節リウマチの処置および/または予防に有用であり、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、少なくとも1つのヒトインスリンもしくはヒトインスリン類似体もしくは誘導体、グルカゴン様ペプチド(GLP−1)もしくはその類似体もしくは誘導体、またはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4もしくはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4の類似体もしくは誘導体を含む。

Claims (12)
- ばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)であって:
ハウジング(4)と;
長手方向軸、遠位端、および近位端を有し、ハウジング(4)に対して軸方向に遠位方向へ可動であるピストンロッド(22)であって、ねじ付軸、および遠位端に連結された支承部(21)を含むピストンロッド(22)と、
ハウジング(4)内で固定され、ピストンロッド(22)に連結されて、該ピストンロッド(22)が中心体(20)に対して軸方向に遠位方向へ可動であるようにする中心体(20)とを含み、
ここで、予め負荷を加えたばね(82、92)はピストンロッド(22)に動作可能に連結されて、ばね(82、92)が解放され、ばね(82、92)に蓄えられた力が、用量投与工程中にピストンロッド(22)の遠位方向への駆動を支持し、
予め負荷を加えたばね(82、92)は、中心体(20)とピストンロッド(22)との間に動作可能に連結され、
予め負荷を加えたばね(82、92)は、中心体(20)とピストンロッド(22)の支承部(21)との間に動作可能に連結される、前記ばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。 - 予め負荷を加えたばね(82、92)は、支承部(21)の近位面に固着された別個の支承面部材(81)に動作可能に連結される、請求項1に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。
- 予め負荷を加えたばねは波形ばね(92)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(90)。
- 波形ばね(92)は支承部(21)の近位面(95)に動作可能に連結される、請求項3に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(90)。
- ピストンロッド(22)は用量設定中および用量送達中に回転しないよう固定され、中心体(20)は、ハウジング(4)内でのピストンロッド(22)の回転を防止するように設計される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。
- ピストンロッド(22)に沿ってねじ係合し、螺着可能な駆動ナット(23)と;
ハウジング(4)にねじ係合して、該ハウジング(4)に対して螺着可能である数字スリーブ(24)とをさらに含み;
ここで、ダイヤルリンク(25)は、駆動ナット(23)に連結され、該駆動ナット(23)に対して軸方向に可動であり回転しないよう固定され、
ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)が第1の軸方向配置にあるときに、ダイヤルリンク(25)は数字スリーブ(24)に回転しないよう固定され、
ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)が第2の軸方向配置にあるときに、数字スリーブ(24)はダイヤルリンク(25)に対して回転可能である、請求項5に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。 - ハウジング(4)に対する数字スリーブ(24)のホーム位置へ戻る螺着運動によって、内側スリーブ(29)が遠位方向に回転することなく前進するよう、内側スリーブ(29)は数字スリーブ(24)にねじ係合される、請求項6に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。
- 内側スリーブ(29)は、中心体(20)に対して軸方向に可動であり回転しないよう固定される、請求項7に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。
- ピストンロッド(22)は、長手方向軸に平行に位置するキー溝(32)を有し、
中心体(20)は、キー溝(32)に摺動可能に嵌合するタブ(31)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。 - 中心体(20)は、ピストンロッド(22)が近位方向に動くことを防止するように構成された少なくとも1つのラチェットアームをさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス(80、90)。
- ハウジング(4)に対する数字スリーブ(24)のねじ付部は第1のリードであり、数字スリーブ(24)に対する内側スリーブ(29)のねじ付部は第2のリードであり、ピストンロッドのねじ付軸のねじ付部は第3のリードであり、第1のリード、第2のリード、および第3のリードは等しくない、請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス。
- 用量設定中に、ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)は第1の軸方向配置にあり、ハウジング(4)に対するダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)の螺着運動によって、ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)をホーム位置から第1の軸方向距離のところに螺着し、このダイヤルリンク(25)の螺着運動によって、駆動ナット(23)をピストンロッドのねじ付軸に沿って第1の軸方向距離とは異なる第2の軸方向距離のところに螺着し、用量送達中に、ダイヤルリンク(25)および数字スリーブ(24)は第2の軸方向配置にあり、ハウジング(4)に対する数字スリーブ(24)のホーム位置へ戻る螺着運動によって、遠位方向に回転することなく内側スリーブ(29)を前進させて、内側スリーブ(29)に軸方向に固定された駆動ナット(23)、したがってピストンロッド(22)および可動ピストン(10)を軸方向に前進させることにより、カートリッジ出口(17)から流体を投薬する、請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載のばね支援薬物送達デバイス。
