Gコード:加工を行うための準備機能を指定するコード(例:G54等)
Mコード:Gコードの補助的役割を果たすコード(例:M08等)
Tコード:切削工具および補正量等を指定するコード(例:T0202等)
Sコード:工作機械の主軸回転数等を指定するコード
Fコード:切削工具の送り速度等を指定するコード
X,Y,Z,U,V,W,A,B,C:座標値を指定するコード
S=1000V(切削速度)/π・D(工具径) …式(1)
よって、Sコードに対する加工条件算出タブ76においては、図8(b)に示すように、切削速度Vおよび工具径Dの入力エリア76aが表示され、算出された主軸回転数Sを表示する算出結果表示エリア76bが表示される。
F=f(1刃あたりの送り量)×Z(刃数)×N(主軸回転速度) …式(2)
よって、Fコードに対する加工条件算出タブ76においては、1刃あたりの送り量f、刃数Zおよび主軸回転速度Nの入力エリア76aが表示され、算出された送り速度Fを表示する算出結果表示エリア76bが表示されることとなる。
1.編集しようとするNCコードの表示位置から目線をほとんど動かすことなく迅速に編集作業へ移行し、短時間で編集することができる。
2.編集ウィンドウ7は、NCコードの種類に応じた編集内容のみを入力可能に構成されるため、誤った編集内容の入力を防止し、正確に編集することができる。
3.編集ウィンドウ7には、選択可能な修正候補のみが表示されるため、経験の浅いユーザであっても誤った編集内容の入力が抑制される。
4.複雑な計算を要するパラメータの編集作業についても正確性および迅速性を向上することができ、当該パラメータの数値を直接入力することもできる。
5.数値入力が必要な場合は、数値入力パッドが表示されるため、直ちに数値を入力することができる。

Claims (3)
- 工作機械における加工プログラムを編集するための加工プログラム編集装置であって、
前記加工プログラムを表示する表示手段の表示内容を制御する制御手段を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記加工プログラムに含まれるNCコードのうち、予め設定されたNCコードが前記表示手段上で選択された場合に、前記NCコードが選択可能である修正候補データがあるNCコードであるか判定し、修正候補データがあれば前記修正候補データリストを表示し、前記修正候補データがないと前記NCコードがパラメータのあるGコードであるか判定し、前記パラメータがあるGコードであれば、前記NCコードの表示位置近傍にガイダンスに応じて編集内容を入力するためのガイダンス入力ウィンドウを表示し、
前記ガイダンス入力ウィンドウは、前記Gコードの説明と、前記Gコードに関するガイダンスと、前記編集内容に係るパラメータの入力エリアと、前記パラメータの対応位置がわかる図と、が表示される、加工プログラム編集装置。 - 前記パラメータの入力エリアに数値を入力しようとすると、数値ボタンを有する数値入力パッドを表示する、請求項1に記載の加工プログラム編集装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の加工プログラム編集装置を備える工作機械。
