Claims (8)
- 被処理空気流通方向の上流側に触媒のみを担持したハニカムロータと、下流側に吸着剤と触媒の混合物を担持した二層構造のハニカムロータを有し、前記二層構造のハニカムロータを少なくとも処理ゾーン、分解ゾーン、脱着ゾーン、パージゾーンとに分割し、前記処理ゾーンに被処理空気を通風することで、前記被処理空気に含まれるVOC汚染ガスを吸着剤に吸着させて被処理空気から分離除去し、外気を前記パージゾーンに通し、前記パージゾーンを通過した空気を脱着加熱器で加熱して前記脱着ゾーンに通し、前記脱着ゾーンを通過した空気を分解加熱器で加熱して前記分解ゾーンに通し、前記分解ゾーンを通過した空気を装置外へ放出するようにしたVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 前記被処理空気の一部を分岐し、前記パージゾーンに通すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 前記二層構造のハニカムロータは、前記被処理空気流通方向の上流側に触媒のみを担持したハニカムロータと、下流側に吸着剤と触媒の混合物を担持したハニカムロータを張り合わせたことを特徴とする請求項1、2に記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 1つのハニカムロータの被処理空気入口側の所定の幅の部分に触媒を担持させ、残りの幅の部分に触媒と吸着剤とを混合担持させた二層構造のハニカムロータを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、2に記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 前記分解ゾーン、脱着ゾーン、パージゾーンを通過する空気の面風速が、前記処理ゾーンを通過する空気の面風速より遅くなるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれかに記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 前記脱着ゾーン入口空気の温度が、前記分解ゾーン入口空気の温度より低くなるようにしたことを特徴とした請求項1〜5いずれかに記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 前記分解ゾーンを通過した空気の一部または全量を前記脱着加熱器の入口に戻すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれかに記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
- 前記分解ゾーン出口に空気温度検出手段を設け、前記空気温度検出手段の温度が前記分解加熱器設定温度より高くなったとき、前記空気温度検出手段の出力により、前記分解加熱器の熱源を遮断するとともに、外気導入ダンパを開いて外気を装置内に通風するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれかに記載のVOC汚染空気浄化装置。
