Claims (11)
- 電気エネルギーが供給されると特定のガス雰囲気内において対象組織に対して特定の距離を有して電気アークを生成するように構成される電極(9)をプラズマ外科手術器具のための内視鏡(1)の遠位端に有し、
前記特定のガスが充填される空間容積(16)を囲むアプリケーションキャップ(10)を遠位部分に、前記内視鏡(1)の遠位端に結合されるように設計された装着用装置又はアダプター(6)を近位部分に備え、スペーサを形成する電気絶縁材料のアタッチメント(15)を有し、
前記電極(9)は遠位端(9b)及び近位端(9a)を有し、前記空間容積(16)内に配置されており、
前記アタッチメント(15)は前記電極(9)の遠位端(9b)と前記対象組織との最小距離を維持するように前記対象組織と接触するように設計された壁領域(11)を含む、最小侵襲タイプのプラズマ外科手術器具用装置であって、
前記装着用装置又はアダプター(6)は前記内視鏡(1)に被せるように設けられた近位接続用開口を有し、
前記アプリケーションキャップ(10)は所定の開口領域(12a)を有する処置用開口(12)が形成された前記対象組織に接触する平面状の前記壁領域(11)を含み、
前記平面状の壁領域(11)は前記対象組織の処置対象の近傍を前記電気アークから遮蔽し、
前記処置用開口(12)は、遠位方向において前記内視鏡(1)の軸に対して鋭角の傾きで方向付けられ、前記内視鏡(1)の光学システムが前記処置用開口(12)を介して前記対象組織の妨げられない視野を有するように配置され、
前記電極(9)の近位端(9a)は前記光学システムから見て前記開口領域(12a)から外れて配置され、
前記電気アークを生成するために、前記空間容積(16)内に突出する前記電極(9)の前記遠位端(9b)は前記開口領域(12a)の最も近い点までの所定最小距離を有するように、前記処置用開口(12)が位置づけられ及び/又は配置され、
前記最も近い点は前記電極(9)の前記遠位端(9b)と交差する、前記開口領域(12a)に対する垂線が通る、前記開口領域(12a)上の点である、ことを特徴とする、プラズマ外科手術器具用装置。 - 前記最も近い点は前記開口領域(12a)の中心点である、請求項1に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記アタッチメント(15)は、2ピースで形成され、剛性の材料からなるはめ輪形状の前記アプリケーションキャップ(10)と、弾性ゴム材料からなる又は粘着テープから作成された管状のブッシングを形成する前記装着用装置又はアダプター(6)とから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記装着用装置又はアダプター(6)が中心軸を有し、前記中心軸に対して前記処置用開口(12)が遠位方向に鋭角で傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記処置用開口(12)は前記中心軸に対し中心から外れて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記アタッチメント(15)は軸方向に丸くなった遠位端を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記電極(9)は、前記所定最小距離を維持しつつ前記アタッチメント(15)に固定されており、前記内視鏡(1)内を押し進められるように構成された電線(4、5)に、前記アタッチメント(15)内の又は前記アタッチメント(15)上の電気接続手段(7、8)を介して接続され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記電気接続手段(7、8)は、前記電極(9)の直ぐ上流にある抵抗素子(7)と、前記抵抗素子(7)の直ぐ上流にある前記電線(4、5)のための接続ソケット(8)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記抵抗素子(7)及び前記接続ソケット(8)は、前記アプリケーションキャップ(10)又は前記装着用装置(6)又はアダプター(6)に、共通の支持部を介して装着されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- マーキング、目盛の目、又は目盛(13)は前記対象組織に対向する前記処置用開口(12)の領域に配置されており、前記マーキング、目盛の目、又は目盛は、処置中、前記対象組織上の前記処置用開口(12)内で視認可能な対象物のサイズを評価するために機能することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
- 前記アタッチメント(15)は、前記空間容積の内側温度を測定し当該温度を処理可能な情報として出力するよう設計された、温度測定装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマ外科手術器具用装置。
