Claims (11)
- 器具の遠位端は電極(9)を備え、前記電極(9)が、電気エネルギーを供給されると、特定のガス雰囲気内において対象組織に対して特定の距離を有して電気アークを生成するように構成された、最小侵襲タイプのプラズマ外科手術器具のスペーサであって、
少なくとも部分的にキャップ状に形成されたアタッチメント(15)が、電気絶縁材料から作成されており、空間容積(16)を囲み、装着用装置(6)を更に備え、前記装着用装置(6)は、前記プラズマ外科手術器具のための内視鏡的給送装置(1)の遠位端に結合される又は結合されているように設計されており、前記アタッチメント(15)は前記対象組織と接触するよう設計されかつ処置用開口(12)を形成する壁領域(11)を備え、前記処置用開口(12)は画定された開口領域(12a)を備え、前記開口領域(12a)は、前記空間容積(16)内へ突出する前記電極(9)及び特にその電極先端(9b)が前記電気アークを生成するために、前記開口領域(12a)の最も近い点、好ましくは中心点、までの所定最小距離を有するように、位置づけられる及び/又は方向づけられることを特徴とする、スペーサ。 - 前記アタッチメント(15)は、2ピースで形成され、好ましくは剛性の材料からなる好ましくははめ輪形状のアプリケーションキャップ(10)と、好ましくは弾性ゴム材料からなる又は粘着テープから作成された管状ブッシングを形成する前記装着用装置(6)とから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記装着用装置及び好ましくは前記ブッシング(6)が中心軸を有し、前記中心軸に対して前記処置用開口(12)が遠位方向に鋭角で傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記処置用開口(12)は前記中心軸に対し中心から外れて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記アタッチメント(15)は軸方向に丸くなった遠位端を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記電極(9)は、前記所定最小距離を維持しつつ前記アタッチメント(15)に固定されており、前記給送装置(1)内を押し進められるように構成された電線(4、5)に、前記アタッチメント(15)内の又は前記アタッチメント(15)上の電気接続手段(7、8)を介して接続され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記電気接続手段(7、8)は、前記電極(9)の直ぐ上流にある抵抗素子(7)と、前記抵抗素子(7)の直ぐ上流にある前記電線(4、5)のための接続ソケット(8)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記抵抗素子(7)及び好ましくは前記接続ソケット(8)は、前記アタッチメント(15)に、好ましくは前記アプリケーションキャップ(10)又は前記ブッシング(6)に、共通の支持部を介して装着されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスペーサ。
- マーキング、目盛の目、又は目盛(13)は前記対象組織に対向する前記処置用開口(12)の領域に配置されており、前記マーキング、目盛の目、又は目盛は、処置中、前記対象組織上の前記開口(12)内で視認可能な対象物のサイズを評価するために機能することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記アタッチメント(15)は、前記空間容積の内側温度を測定し当該温度を処理可能な情報として出力するよう設計された、温度測定装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサを特徴とする、プラズマアークにより対象組織又は体組織を処置するためのプラズマ外科手術器具。
