Description
第1の編地層、第2の編地層並びにこれら第1及び第2の編地層の間の複数のスペーサ糸を編むことによって、第1の編地層が編み目を形成する複数の編み目糸と、編み目を形成しない複数の追加糸とを有し、該追加糸が、第2の熱可塑性ポリマよりも低い溶融温度又は軟化温度を有しする第1の熱可塑性ポリマを含んでおり、第2の熱可塑性ポリマで編み目糸が形成されているように、編地ウェブを生成すること;
第1の編地層において追加糸のみが少なくとも部分的に溶融されるように編地ウェブを加熱すること;
編地ウェブを冷却することで第1の編地層を強化すること
を含む、スペーサファブリックを製造するための方法でもある。
Claims (12)
- 編み込まれた複数のスペーサ糸(4)によって互いに結合された第1及び第2の平面的な編地層(1,2)を有するスペーサファブリックであって、前記第1の編地層(1)が、編み目を形成する、熱可塑性の合成樹脂から成る複数の編み目糸(5)と、編み目を形成しない、熱可塑性の合成樹脂から成る複数の追加糸(6)とを備えている、前記スペーサファブリックにおいて、
前記第1の編地層(1)では、前記追加糸(6)のみが部分的に溶融されて再び固化されており、部分的な溶融及び再固化によって前記第1の編地層(1)の補強がなされていること、前記追加糸(6)が複数のフィラメントを備えたマルチフィラメント糸で形成されており、前記フィラメントが部分的に互いに融合していること及び前記追加糸(6)が第1の熱可塑性ポリマで形成され、前記編み目糸(5)が第2の熱可塑性ポリマで形成されており、前記第1の熱可塑性ポリマが、前記第2の熱可塑性ポリマよりも低い溶融温度を有していることを特徴とするスペーサファブリック。 - 前記第1の編地層(1)では、前記編み目糸(5)が、部分的に溶融された前記追加糸(6)によって互いに接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記第2の編地層(2)も、熱可塑性の合成樹脂から成る複数の編み目糸(5)と、編み目を形成しない、熱可塑性の合成樹脂から成る複数の追加糸(6)とを備えており、前記第2の編地層(2)では、前記追加糸(6)のみが部分的に溶融されて再び固化されており、部分的な溶融及び再固化によって前記第2の編地層(2)の補強がなされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記追加糸(6)が、緯糸、部分緯糸、裏地糸又は経糸として前記各編地層(1,2)へ編み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記編地層(1,2)のうち少なくともいずれかが、複数の編み目によって形成された複数の開口部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記スペーサ糸を有さない複数の通路が前記編地層(1,2)の間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記第1の編地層(1)では、前記編み目糸(5)に対する前記追加糸(6)の重量比が1:1と1:10の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記第1の編地層(1)の前記編み目糸(5)及び前記追加糸(6)が、異なる複数のタイプのポリエステルで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 前記第1の編地層(1)が、編み目を形成する前記編み目糸(5)及び編み目を形成しない前記追加糸(6)のほかに、編み目を形成しない複数のティアストリップ(7)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 編み目を形成しない前記ティアストリップ(7)が請求項6に記載された前記通路の少なくとも一部に設けられているため、当該スペーサファブリックを対応する前記通路に沿って小片へ引き裂くことが可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のスペーサファブリック。
- 以下のステップ:
第1の編地層(1)、第2の編地層(2)並びにこれら第1及び第2の編地層(1,2)の間の複数のスペーサ糸(4)を、前記第1の編地層(1)が編み目を形成する複数の編み目糸(5)と、編み目を形成しない複数の追加糸(6)とを有するように編み、該追加糸(6)が、第2の熱可塑性ポリマよりも低い溶融温度を有する第1の熱可塑性ポリマを含んでおり、前記第2の熱可塑性ポリマで前記編み目糸(5)が形成されているように、編地ウェブを生成すること;
前記第1の編地層(1)において前記追加糸(6)のみが部分的に溶融されるように前記編地ウェブを加熱すること;
前記編地ウェブを冷却することで前記第1の編地層(1)を強化補強すること;
前記追加糸(6)が複数のフィラメントを備えたマルチフィラメント糸で形成され、前記フィラメントが部分的に互いに融合されること;及び
前記追加糸(6)が第1の熱可塑性ポリマで形成され、前記編み目糸(5)が第2の熱可塑性ポリマで形成され、前記第1の熱可塑性ポリマが、前記第2の熱可塑性ポリマよりも低い溶融温度を有すること
を含む、スペーサファブリックを製造するための方法。 - 前記スペーサファブリックが前記編地ウェブから切り離されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
