Claims (10)
- 中心軸線に平行に延びる環状外側本体であって、前方端部および後方端部の間に延びる略円筒状の外側表面と、前記外側表面を通過する複数の開口部とを有する環状外側本体と、
前記環状外側本体の内側に配置され、前記環状外側本体と協働して環状空間を画定する環状内側本体と、
前記環状空間の内側に配置された環状主噴射リングであって、そこから径方向外側に延びる環状の燃料ポストのアレイを含む環状主噴射リングと
を含み、
前記環状主噴射リングは、
前記環状外側本体の前記開口部の1つと位置合わせされ、前記環状空間と連通する外周ギャップによって前記開口部から分離されている各燃料ポストと、
前記環状主噴射リング内で周方向に延びる主燃料ギャラリと、
各々が前記主燃料ギャラリと連通し、前記燃料ポストの1つを通って延びる複数の主燃料オリフィスと
を含み、
各燃料ポストが、平面視で細長く、側面を画定する外周壁と、前記外周壁の先端部表面から径方向内側に凹んで噴霧ウエルを画定する径方向外側向きフロアとを含み、
前記外周ギャップが、前記開口部と前記側面との間で画定されている、ガスタービンエンジン用の燃料ノズル装置。 - 中心軸線に平行に延びる環状外側本体であって、前方端部および後方端部の間に延びる略円筒状の外側表面と、前記外側表面を通過する複数の開口部とを有する環状外側本体と、
前記環状外側本体の内側に配置され、前記環状外側本体と協働して環状空間を画定する環状内側本体と、
前記環状空間の内側に配置された環状主噴射リングであって、そこから径方向外側に延びる環状の燃料ポストのアレイを含む環状主噴射リングと
を含み、
前記環状主噴射リングは、
前記環状外側本体の前記開口部の1つと位置合わせされ、前記環状空間と連通する外周ギャップによって前記開口部から分離されている各燃料ポストと、
前記環状主噴射リング内で周方向に延びる主燃料ギャラリと、
各々が前記主燃料ギャラリと連通し、前記燃料ポストの1つを通って延びる複数の主燃料オリフィスと
を含み、
各燃料ポストが、円筒状の側面を画定する外周壁と、前記外周壁の先端部表面から径方向内側に凹んで噴霧ウエルを画定する径方向外側向きフロアとを含み、
前記外周ギャップが、前記開口部と前記側面との間で画定されている、ガスタービンエンジン用の燃料ノズル装置。 - 前記燃料ポストが、前記環状外側本体の外面を越えて径方向外側に延びる請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 凹状フィレットが、前記燃料ポストと前記環状主噴射リングの接合部に配置されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 凸状湾曲フィレットが、前記開口部に隣接する前記環状外側本体に形成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 補助ポートが、前記外周壁と前記フロアの交差部近傍の前記外周壁に形成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記燃料ポストの少なくとも1つが、前記先端部表面に平行な線に沿って延びる傾斜状のスカーフを組み込み、前記スカーフが、前記噴霧ウエルで最大径方向深さを有し、径方向高さで外側に先細りし、前記噴霧ウエルから間隔を置いた位置で前記先端部表面を接合する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各燃料ポストの前記外周壁が、平面視でレーストラック形状である請求項1又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記環状内側本体の内側に配置された最小径のスロートを含む環状ベンチュリ管と、
前記環状ベンチュリ管の内側に配置された環状スプリッタと、
前記環状ベンチュリ管と前記環状スプリッタとの間に延びる外側旋回ベーンのアレイと、
前記環状スプリッタ内に配置されたパイロット燃料噴射器と、
前記環状スプリッタと前記パイロット燃料噴射器との間に延びる内側旋回ベーンのアレイとをさらに含む請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 液体燃料の流れを異なる流量で供給するように動作可能な燃料システムと、
前記燃料システムと前記パイロット燃料噴射器との間に結合されたパイロット燃料導管と、
前記燃料システムと前記環状主噴射リングとの間に結合された主燃料導管とをさらに含む請求項9に記載の装置。
