Description
図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る燃料噴射装置2を備えたガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器1の頭部を示している。この燃焼器1は、ガスタービンエンジンの図示しない圧縮機から供給される圧縮空気に燃料を混合して燃焼させ、その燃焼により発生する高温・高圧の燃焼ガスをタービンに送ってタービンを駆動するものである。

Claims (6)
- 圧縮機から供給される圧縮空気に燃料を混合して燃焼させるガスタービンの燃料噴霧装置であって、
拡散燃焼のための燃料を噴霧するパイロット部と、
前記パイロット部を囲むように設けられ、高負荷時のみに予混合気を噴射するメイン部と、
前記メイン部の燃料噴出孔よりも上流側の前記圧縮空気をパージエアとして取り込み、前記燃料噴出孔からの燃料だれを前記メイン部のメイン空気通路へ飛ばすパージエア通路を形成するシールド体と、を備え、
前記シールド体を挟んで、前記燃料噴出孔に連なるメイン燃料通路と反対側に、前記パージエア通路が形成されているガスタービンエンジンの燃料噴霧装置。 - 請求項1において、さらに、前記メイン燃料通路およびシールド体を覆うシュラウドを有し、前記シュラウドに前記パージエアの取込口と放出口とを形成し、前記シュラウドの外周壁の内面と前記シールド体との間に前記パージエア通路が形成されているガスタービンエンジンの燃料噴霧装置。
- 請求項2において、前記パージエアの取込口の通路面積が、前記放出口の通路面積よりも大きいガスタービンエンジンの燃料噴霧装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、さらに、前記メイン部の燃料噴出孔の下流に設けられたガイドチューブを備え、前記ガイドチューブからの燃料だれを前記パージエアにより飛ばすガスタービンエンジンの燃料噴霧装置。
- 請求項4において、前記ガイドチューブは前記メイン燃料通路における環状の下流部の外周に配置され、前記シールド体はばね性があり、前記ガイドチューブを前記メイン燃料通路の外周面にばね力で押さえるガスタービンエンジンの燃料噴霧装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項において、前記メイン燃料通路に近接してパイロット燃料通路を配置することにより、パイロット燃料でメイン燃料を冷却するガスタービンエンジンの燃料噴霧装置。
