Claims (4)
- ガスタービンの燃焼器に用いられる燃料噴射装置であって、
当該燃料噴射装置の軸心上に配置されたパイロット燃料噴射弁と、
前記パイロット燃料噴射弁と同心状に配置されて、このパイロット燃料噴射弁の外周を取り囲む環状のメイン燃料噴射弁と、
前記メイン燃料噴射弁から噴射された燃料と混合するための空気を径方向に導入するメイン空気通路を形成する通路壁であって、前記メイン燃料噴射弁からの燃料を前記メイン空気通路へ導入する開口を有する通路壁と、
前記メイン燃料噴射弁に、周方向に離間して配置されて軸心方向後方に燃料を噴射する複数のメイン燃料噴射孔と、
前記メイン燃料噴射孔の周囲から軸心方向後方に、前記開口に臨むように突設されて、燃料を前記メイン空気通路に案内するメイン燃料噴射ノズルと、
少なくとも一部が前記通路壁から軸心方向に離間して配置され、前記メイン燃料噴射弁を覆い、前記メイン燃料噴射ノズルを貫通させる貫通孔を有する遮熱ケーシングと、
前記通路壁と前記遮熱ケーシングとの間の軸心方向隙間に介装されたリング体であって、前記メイン燃料噴射ノズルと前記貫通孔の内周面との間の貫通孔隙間を覆い、かつ前記開口に連通して前記軸心方向隙間内の空気を燃料パージ用の空気として前記メイン空気通路内へ導入するパージ通路を有するリング体と、
を備える燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記リング体は、前記メイン燃料噴射ノズルに遊嵌されている燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記リング体は、前記貫通孔隙間を覆う基部と、この基部の後面に形成された放射状の複数のスロットを有するスロット部とからなり、前記スロットが前記パージ通路を形成している燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記リング体の高さ寸法が、前記軸心方向隙間の寸法に一致している燃料噴射装置。
