Description
図1は本発明の一実施形態に係るガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器1の頭部を示している。この燃焼器1は、ガスタービンエンジンの図示しない圧縮機から供給される圧縮空気に燃料を混合して生成した混合気を燃焼させて、その燃焼により発生する高温・高圧の燃焼ガスをタービンに送ってタービンを駆動するものである。
この第1態様の燃焼器1は、燃料噴霧部3が、拡散燃焼用の燃料Fを噴射する有底円筒
状本体20と、該有底円筒状本体20に外嵌された先細りのノズル状の筒状内周壁21と、該筒状内周壁21の外方に配設された先細りのノズル状の筒状中間壁22と、該筒状中間壁22の外方に配設された末広がりのノズル状の拡散通路部3bと、前記筒状内周壁21と前記筒状中間壁22との間に配設された第1インナスワーラ24と、前記筒状中間壁22と前記拡散通路部3bとの間に配設された第1アウタスワーラ27とを有している。
この第2態様の燃焼器1は、第1インナスワーラ24の影響力が第1アウタスワーラ27の影響力より少なくなるようにされたものである。
この第3態様の燃焼器1は、燃料噴霧部3が、予混合予備室37と予混合室42とを有してなるものである。
この第4態様の燃焼器1は、燃料噴霧部3が、燃料噴射部を含む内側ブロックBL1と、燃料噴射部を含まない外側ブロックBL2とからなり、前記内側ブロックBL1と前記外側ブロックBL2とが分離可能とされたものである。

Claims (2)
- 燃焼室内に拡散燃焼領域を形成するように燃料を噴霧する燃料噴霧部と、
前記燃料噴霧部を囲むようにこの燃料噴霧部と同心状に設けられ、前記燃焼室内に予混合燃焼領域を形成するように燃料と空気の予混合気を供給する予混合気供給部とを備え、
始動時および低負荷時には前記燃焼室内に前記拡散燃焼領域が形成され、かつ、前記予混合気供給部から空気のみが前記燃焼室に供給されるガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器であって、
前記燃料噴霧部の下流端と前記予混合気供給部の下流端との間に、前記拡散燃焼領域と前記予混合燃焼領域とを分離する環状の分離部が設けられ、
前記分離部を通して前記拡散燃焼領域と前記予混合燃焼領域との間に分離用エアを噴出して前記両領域の分離を促進するエアカーテン形成手段を備え、
前記予混合気供給部の外周壁の下流端の内径Dに対し、前記分離部の径方向幅Wが、W=0.13〜0.25Dであるガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器。 - 請求項1において、前記燃料噴霧部は、燃料を微粒化する燃料微粒化部と、その下流に設けられて燃料と空気を拡散させる末広がりの拡散通路部とを有しているガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器。
