Claims (4)
- 径方向中心部に配置されたパイロット燃料噴射弁と、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の外周を取り囲むように配置された環状のメイン燃料噴射弁とを備える、ガスタービンの燃焼器に用いられる燃料噴射装置であって、
燃焼室に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射部と、
前記燃料噴射部に燃料を供給する燃料供給ユニットと、
内部に前記燃焼室を有する燃焼器ハウジングに取り付けられて、前記燃料供給ユニットに燃料を導入する燃料導入部と、
前記燃料導入部に支持されて、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁および前記メイン燃料噴射弁の前部を覆う噴射弁ハウジングと、
を備え、
前記燃料供給ユニットの基部が、前記燃料導入部に支持されており、前記燃料供給ユニットの、内部に環状の燃料供給路を有する環状の本体部が、前記噴射弁ハウジングに対して、支持ピンを介して径方向に相対移動可能に支持されている燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記燃料供給ユニットの本体部の外周に複数の支持ピンが径方向に挿入されて固定されており、前記噴射弁ハウジングに周方向に複数形成された径方向の貫通孔に前記各支持ピンを挿通させることにより、前記燃料供給ユニットの本体部が前記噴射弁ハウジングに支持されている燃料噴射装置。
- 径方向中心部に配置されたパイロット燃料噴射弁と、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の外周を取り囲むように配置された環状のメイン燃料噴射弁とを備える、ガスタービンの燃焼器に用いられる燃料噴射装置であって、
燃焼室に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射部と、
前記燃料噴射部に燃料を供給する燃料供給ユニットと、
内部に前記燃焼室を有する燃焼器ハウジングに取り付けられて、前記燃料供給ユニットに燃料を導入する燃料導入部と、
前記燃料導入部に支持されて、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁および前記メイン燃料噴射弁の前部を覆う噴射弁ハウジングと、
を備え、
前記燃料供給ユニットの基部が、前記燃料導入部に支持されており、前記燃料供給ユニットの環状の本体部が、前記噴射弁ハウジングに対して、支持ピンを介して径方向に相対移動可能に支持されており、
前記燃料供給ユニットの本体部に、周方向に延びる複数のアームが設けられており、各アームの先端部に、支持ピンが径方向に挿入されて固定されており、前記噴射弁ハウジングに各支持ピンを接合することにより、前記燃料供給ユニットの本体部が前記噴射弁ハウジングに支持されている燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記各支持ピンは前記燃料供給ユニットのねじ孔に径方向に螺合されている燃料噴射装置。
