Description

Claims (10)
- タービンエンジン(14)の燃料システム用の冷却システム(10)であって、
燃焼器ハウジング(32)によって少なくとも部分的に形成される燃焼器チャンバ(26)内へと延在する少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)を有しており、該少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)は、該少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の外面(24)における開口(30)を備えた少なくとも1つの燃料排出オリフィス(28)を有していて、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)のまわりに配置された少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)を有しており、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)は、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の内面(22)と、前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の前記外面(24)とによって少なくとも部分的に画定される冷却チャンバ(20)を形成していて、該冷却チャンバ(20)は、燃焼器運転中に、前記燃料ノズルが使用されているか否かに関わらず、前記燃料ノズル(16)を取り囲みこれにより前記燃料ノズル(16)を冷却するように配向される冷却空気を搬送し、
前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の、前記燃焼器ハウジングを基準とした遠位端(42)は、前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の、前記燃焼器ハウジングを基準とした遠位端(46)よりも、前記燃焼器ハウジング(32)の近くで終端しており、
前記燃料ノズル(16)のまわりで前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の位置を維持するために、少なくとも1つのセンタリングストラット(48)が、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の前記内面(22)から半径方向内側に延在している
ことを特徴とする、冷却システム(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)は、二次燃焼区域(34)内に配置された軸方向段ノズルである、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)は、前記二次燃焼区域(34)内の高温ガス流の方向に対してほぼ直交するように位置している、請求項2記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)は、燃料源(38)と連通していて、かつ蒸気源(40)に連通しており、これにより、組み合わされた燃料蒸気ノズルが形成される、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)は、前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)と同心である、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)は円錐形状を有する前記外面(24)を有していて、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)は円錐形状を有する前記内面(22)を有している、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の前記遠位端(42)における前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の前記外面(24)と前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の前記内面(22)との間の距離は、前記燃焼器ハウジング(32)の近位端における前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の前記外面(24)と前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の前記内面(22)との間の距離よりも小さい、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の前記遠位端(46)は、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の前記遠位端(42)から、0.64センチメートル〜3.18センチメートルの範囲の距離で延在している、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の前記遠位端(46)は、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システムハウジング(18)の前記遠位端(42)から、0.64センチメートル〜1.90センチメートルの範囲の距離で延在している、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料ノズル(16)の前記遠位端(46)は少なくとも1つの燃料排出オリフィス(28)を有していて、該燃料排出オリフィス(28)は、前記少なくとも1つの冷却システム冷却チャンバ(20)を形成する前記冷却システムハウジング(18)によって制限されずに流体を排出する、請求項1記載の冷却システム(10)。
