Claims (9)
- 自動車(10)用のキーレスアクセスシステム(1)であって、
前記自動車(10)の1つ以上のドアまたはリッドへのアクセスのための携帯型信号発生器(20)を含み、
前記携帯型信号発生器(20)は、前記自動車(10)に搭載された受信ユニット(11)に近距離無線接続を用いてイネーブル信号を伝送し、
前記受信ユニット(11)は、前記イネーブル信号の有効性が確定されかつ前記信号発生器(20)と前記自動車(10)との間の距離尺度を表す距離基準が満たされている場合に、前記1つ以上のドアまたはリッドへのアクセスを許可し、
前記距離基準は、前記信号発生器(20)と前記受信ユニット(11)との間の前記近距離無線接続の重み付けされた受信電界強度と閾値との比較から結果として生じ、
前記受信電界強度は、前記信号発生器(20)と前記自動車(10)との間の距離値で重み付けされており、
前記距離値は、前記信号発生器(20)の第1の位置データと前記自動車(10)の第2の位置データとから算出することができ、
前記第1および第2の位置データは、複数の衛星から各GNSS受信器(15,25)までの信号の伝搬時間差に基づいている、キーレスアクセスシステム。 - 前記信号発生器(20)から送信された信号の受信電界強度は、前記受信ユニット(11)によって求めることが可能である、請求項1記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 前記信号発生器(20)は、前記第1の位置データおよび前記第2の位置データを、特に異なった時点において、特定可能であるGNSS受信器(25)を備える、請求項1記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 前記信号発生器(20)は、該信号発生器(20)の前記第1の位置データを特定可能であるGNSS受信器(25)を備え、前記自動車(10)は、該自動車(10)の前記第2の位置データを特定可能であるGNSS受信器(15)を備える、請求項1記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 前記重み付けされた受信電界強度は、前記距離値によって除算された、測定された受信電界強度である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 前記測定された受信電界強度が電界強度の対数表示である場合、前記重み付けされた受信電界強度は、前記距離値の対数を差し引いた前記測定された受信電界強度である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 前記距離基準は、バイナリ変数である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 前記受信ユニット(11)および前記信号発生器(20)は、ブルートゥース規格802.15による通信インターフェース(12,26)を備え、前記受信ユニット(11)と前記携帯型信号発生器(20)との間の通信は、前記通信インターフェース(12,26)を介して行われる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のキーレスアクセスシステム。
- 自動車(10)用のキーレスアクセスシステムの携帯型信号発生器(20)の位置を特定する方法であって、
前記携帯型信号発生器(20)は、前記自動車の1つ以上のドアまたはリッドへのアクセスのために用いられ、
前記携帯型信号発生器(20)から近距離無線接続を介して送信された信号の受信電界強度を、前記自動車(10)に搭載された受信ユニット(11)によって測定し、
前記測定された受信電界強度を重み付けし、
前記信号発生器(20)と前記受信ユニット(11)との間の前記近距離無線接続の前記重み付けされた受信電界強度と、閾値との比較から距離基準を求め、
前記受信電界強度は、前記信号発生器(20)と、前記自動車(10)との間の距離値で重み付けされ、
前記距離値は、前記信号発生器(20)の第1の位置データと、前記自動車(10)の第2の位置データとから算出され、
前記第1および第2の位置データは、複数の衛星から各GNSS受信器(15,25)までの信号の伝搬時間差に基づいている、方法。
