Claims (5)
- 歯車(2)と、該歯車(2)に噛み合うねじ状ピニオン(3)と、該ねじ状ピニオン(3)を含むねじ状ピニオン軸(4)とを有する操舵伝動装置であって、
前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)は、前記ねじ状ピニオン(3)の一方の側では固定側軸受(6)に支持されており、該固定側軸受(6)は、前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)が受け入れられたインナベアリングシェルと、旋回リング(14)の内側リング(15)に直接にまたは間接的に結合されたアウタベアリングシェルとを有する回転軸受と、を含み、前記内側リング(15)は、少なくとも1つのねじりウェブ(17)を介して、前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)の長手方向(18)に対して横方向に位置する旋回軸線(7)を中心として旋回可能に、前記旋回リング(14)の外側リング(16)と結合されており、該外側リング(16)は、前記操舵伝動装置のハウジング(1)に直接にまたは間接的に支持されている、操舵伝動装置において、
前記ねじりウェブ(17)は、前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)の前記長手方向(18)に関して少なくとも一方の側において、支持面(25)に対して間隔をあけて延在しており、該間隔は、前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)にトルクが加えられていないときには、前記ねじりウェブ(17)が前記支持面(25)に接触することはなく、前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)に作動トルクが加えられているときには、前記ねじりウェブ(17)が前記支持面(25)に少なくとも部分的に接触するように設定されていることを特徴とする、操舵伝動装置。 - 前記ねじりウェブ(17)の両側に、対応する支持面(25)が設けられている、請求項1記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)にトルクが加えられていないときには、各前記支持面(25)または前記支持面(25)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ねじりウェブ(17)に対して平行に延在している、請求項1または2記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 各前記支持面(25)または前記支持面(25)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)の長手方向軸線(18)に対して半径方向に向けられた方向に関して曲げられたまたは湾曲された延在部を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 前記ねじ状ピニオン軸(4)は、その長手方向(18)での荷重に関して、前記旋回リング(14)を介してのみ、前記ハウジング(1)に直接にまたは間接的に支持されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の操舵伝動装置。
