Claims (4)
- 円筒状のヨークパイプ(17)を有するケーシング(18)と、該ケーシング(18)に同軸に固設される円筒状のシリンダ(19)と、該シリンダ(19)に摺動自在に嵌合されるピストン(21)と、該ピストン(21)を前記ケーシング(18)に往復動自在に支持する一対の共振ばね(22,23)と、磁界中で前記ピストン(21)と同軸に配置されるとともに前記ピストン(21)に連結される駆動コイル(24)とを備える振動型圧縮機において、前記駆動コイル(24)を支持して前記ヨークパイプ(17)で同軸に囲繞される合成樹脂製のボビン(53)に、前記ピストン(21)の前記シリンダ(19)とは反対側の端部に前記ボビン(53)への結合前に固設される金属製円盤状の連結板(54)が同軸にモールド結合されるとともに、導電部材として機能する金属製の前記共振ばね(22,23)をそれぞれ当接させる当接接続部(61a,62a)を有して前記駆動コイル(24)の両端部に個別に接続される一対のターミナル(61,62)が前記当接接続部(61a,62a)を前記ボビン(53)の軸方向両側に臨ませるようにして結合されることを特徴とする振動型圧縮機。
- 前記ボビン(53)の外面に、少なくとも対をなす複数の突起(65,66,67,68;69,70,71,72)から成る2組の導線保持部(63,64)が、前記駆動コイル(24)の両端部(24a,24b)を差し込んでそれぞれ保持することを可能として設けられるとともに、前記導線保持部(63,64)で保持された前記駆動コイル(24)の端部(24a,24b)をはんだ接合することを可能として一対の前記ターミナル(61,62)にそれぞれ形成されるコイル接続部(61b,62b)が、前記導線保持部(63,64)に対応して配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動型圧縮機。
- 前記磁界を形成するための永久磁石(37)が、ディスプロシウムレス磁石であり、前記ヨークパイプ(17)の一端部に結合されるとともに一部が前記ボビン(53)内に挿入されるヨークボトム(25)と、一対の前記共振ばね(22,23)の一方が前記ボビン(53)との間に介設されるようにして前記ボビン(53)内に配置されるコアポール(38)との間に軸方向で挟持され、前記シリンダ(19)が、前記コアポール(38)、前記永久磁石(37)および前記ヨークボトム(25)を同軸に貫通して前記ヨークボトム(25)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の振動型圧縮機。
- 前記共振ばね(22,23)が、横断面形状を卵形もしくは楕円形とした線材(22a,23a)から成るコイルばねであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の振動型圧縮機。
