Description
本発明に係るランスノズルの製造方法は,入口側を介して供給されたガスを出口側に排出する複数の排出管と,該排出管の出口側がそれぞれ連結される複数の排出孔を有する前方壁を含むランスノズルを鋳造加工で1次製造する鋳造ステップと,前記排出管と反対側に位置する前記前方壁の前方面のうち前記排出孔の外周を鍛造加工して鍛造組織を形成する鍛造ステップとを含む。

Claims (1)
- 入口側を介して供給されたガスを出口側に排出する,前記出口側に徐々に拡径する複数の排出管と,
該排出管の出口側がそれぞれ連通する複数の排出孔を有する前方壁とを含み,
該排出管は,閉鎖部材の切削部から成り,
該前方壁は,鋳造組織と,該鋳造組織の一部が変化して成る鍛造組織を備え,
該鍛造組織は,前記排出孔の外周に位置して予め設定された深さを有することを特徴とするランスノズル。
