本实用新型涉及转炉炼钢用的锻铸结合氧枪喷头,由喷头头冠、喷头内体、外管、中管、内管组成,喷头内体由氧气盘、氧柱和导水板用钢质材料整体铸造成型,喷头头冠是用紫铜整体锻造成型,喷头内体和喷头头冠通过水平接口钎焊焊接而成。具有结构合理、使用寿命长、成本低廉、加工方便等优点。

                         技术领域
本实用新型涉及转炉炼钢用的氧枪喷头。
                         背景技术
目前,我国氧枪喷头的生产方法主要有两种,一种是用工业紫铜整体铸造而成,另一种是用工业紫铜冲压成各个部件,然后组装在一起。
铸造喷头由于受铸造工艺的限制,喷头的纯度、密度、导热性能很难满足使用要求,紫铜在铸造过程中产生的气孔、疏松、裂纹、毛刺、飞边等铸造缺陷,不可避免地影响到喷头的水冷和导热,使喷头的寿命降低。而且氧孔出口部位在使用过程中的变形,也影响氧枪的吹炼效果。
冲压组装式喷头,部件较多。各个部件除钢管外,全部用紫铜冲压、车削成型,然后组装在一起。这种喷头虽然使用寿命长,吹炼效果好,但加工工艺复杂,焊缝较多,存在安全隐患,而且制造成本较高,难以推广使用。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、使用寿命长、成本低廉的锻铸结合氧枪喷头。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案实现:
锻铸结合氧枪喷头,由喷头头冠、喷头内体、外管、中管、内管组成,其特征在于:喷头内体由氧气盘、氧柱和导水板用钢质材料整体铸造成型,喷头头冠是用紫铜整体锻造成型,喷头内体和喷头头冠通过水平接口钎焊焊接而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)喷头内体将氧气盘、氧柱和导水板整体铸造成型,简化了结构,增强使用寿命及喷头的水冷效果;采用钢制结构,降低了制作成本;
2)喷头内体和喷头头冠通过水平接口焊接,相比现有的斜焊缝,具有加工简便的优点。

                         具体实施方式
见图1、图2,图1是图2的A-A向剖视图。锻铸结合氧枪喷头,由喷头头冠1、喷头内体4、外管2、中管3、内管5组成,喷头内体由氧气盘6、氧柱7和导水板8用钢质材料整体铸造成型,喷头头冠是用紫铜整体锻造成型,喷头内体和喷头头冠通过水平接口钎焊焊接而成。内管5、中管3分别与喷头内体4氩弧焊接,外管2与喷头头冠1氩弧焊接。

1、锻铸结合氧枪喷头,由喷头头冠、喷头内体、外管、中管、内管组成,其特征在于:喷头内体由氧气盘、氧柱和导水板用钢质材料整体铸造成型,喷头头冠是用紫铜整体锻造成型,喷头内体和喷头头冠通过水平接口钎焊焊接而成。
