Description
装飾層が、コーティングが部分的にまたは全体的に低温と高温との間の温度変化にさらされ、低温が0℃から40℃、高温が80℃から400℃である場合に、光学および/または比色特性の可逆変化を有する顔料組成物を含むこと、ならびに
顔料組成物が、粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の式(I)

Mは、ランタニド、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属および酸化度が+3のメタロイドからなる群から選択され
Qは、ランタニド、酸化度が+4の非金属、酸化度が+3または+4の金属、酸化度が+2または+4の遷移金属、アルカリ土類金属およびアルカリ金属からなる群から選択され、
xは、0から0.3であり、
yは、0から3である)
の化合物を含むこと
を特徴とする、粘着防止コーティングである。
・X:8個の酸素原子に囲まれた二価の遷移元素、
・T:八面体配位の、6個の酸素原子に囲まれた三価の遷移元素、および
・K:四面体配位の、4個の酸素原子に囲まれた第3の構成基(constitutional group)。

の化合物を固体プロセスによって合成する第1の方法であって、
a)式(I)の化合物を構成する元素の酸化物粉末をアルコール溶媒中で共粉砕するステップと、
b)ステップ(a)の生成物を1200℃から1500℃の温度で4から10時間加熱するステップと、
c)ステップ(b)の生成物を室温まで冷却するステップと
を含む、方法である。
(I) Y(3-x)MxFe(5-y)QyO12
(式中、
Mは、ランタニド、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属および酸化度が+3のメタロイドからなる群から選択され、
Qは、ランタニド、酸化度が+4の非金属、酸化度が+3または+4の金属、酸化度が+2または+4の遷移金属、アルカリ土類金属およびアルカリ金属からなる群から選択され、
xは、0から0.3の範囲であり、
yは、0から3の範囲である)
の化合物をゾル−ゲルプロセスによって合成する第2の方法であって、
a)式(I)の化合物を構成する元素の塩と少なくとも1種の有機酸を混合してゲルを形成するステップと、
b)ステップ(a)からのゲルを乾燥するステップと、
c)ステップ(b)の生成物を500℃から700℃の温度で焼成するステップと、
d)ステップ(c)の生成物を800℃から1000℃の温度で少なくとも4時間再焼成するステップと、
e)ステップ(d)の生成物を室温まで冷却するステップと
を含む、方法である。
a)式(I)の化合物を用意するステップと、
b)式(I)の化合物を含む顔料組成物を生成するステップと、
c)顔料組成物および熱安定性結合剤を含む装飾層組成物を生成するステップと、
d)装飾層組成物を基材の表面に塗布して、機能的装飾層を形成するステップと、
e)焼成ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法である。
a)式(I)の化合物を用意するステップと、
b)式(I)の化合物を含む顔料組成物を生成するステップと、
c)顔料組成物を含む装飾層組成物を生成するステップと、
d)装飾層組成物を基材の表面に塗布して、機能的装飾層を形成するステップと、
e)少なくとも1つの仕上げ層を装飾層に塗布するステップと、
f)焼成ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法である。
a)式(I)の化合物を用意するステップと、
b)式(I)の化合物を含む顔料組成物を生成するステップと、
c)顔料組成物を含む装飾層組成物を生成するステップと、
d)装飾層組成物を、少なくとも1つの下層をあらかじめコーティングした基材の表面に塗布して、機能的装飾層を形成するステップと、
e)焼成ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法である。
アルミニウム合金ディスクを脱脂し、ブラシをかけて、ディスクの表面から任意の油脂状の表面物質および酸化物を除去する。
上述のように、一連の10回の加熱および冷却サイクルを行ない、装飾は、毎回同じ比色特性の変化を示す。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの機能的装飾層(20)を含む粘着防止コーティング(2)であって、前記装飾層(20)が、前記コーティング(2)が部分的にまたは全体的に低温と高温との間の温度変化にさらされ、前記低温が0℃から40℃、前記高温が80℃から400℃である場合に、光学および/または比色特性の可逆変化を有する顔料組成物を含むこと、ならびに前記顔料組成物が、粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の式(I)
(I) Y(3-x)MxFe(5-y)QyO12
(式中、
Mは、ランタニド、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属および酸化度が+3のメタロイドからなる群から選択され、
Qは、ランタニド、酸化度が+4の非金属、酸化度が+3または+4の金属、酸化度が+2または+4の遷移金属、アルカリ土類金属およびアルカリ金属からなる群から選択され、
xは、0から0.3であり、
yは、0から3である)
の化合物を含むことを特徴とする、コーティング(2)。 - Mは、La、Ce、CaおよびSr、およびその組合せからなる群から選択され、
Qは、Si、Al、Ga、Ge、Ti、Cr、Ca、SrおよびLa、およびその組合せからなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコーティング(2)。 - 前記式(I)の化合物は、ガーネット型構造を有していることを特徴とする、前記請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記式(I)の化合物は、以下の化合物:

- 前記高温は、120℃〜240℃であることを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記装飾層(20)は、熱安定性結合剤を含まないことを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記装飾層(20)は、前記顔料組成物に加えて、少なくとも1種の熱安定性結合剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記熱安定性結合剤は、エナメル、フルオロカーボン樹脂(単独または混合物で)、ゾル−ゲルプロセスによって合成された無機ポリマーまたは有機−無機ハイブリッドポリマー、シリコーン、シリコーン−ポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリエチレンスルフィド(PES)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリアミド−イミド(PAI)、フルオロシリコーンおよびポリベンゾイミダゾール(PBI)、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記顔料組成物は、少なくとも1種の他のサーモクロミック化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記顔料組成物は、酸化ビスマスをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 2つの対向面(31、32)を有する基材(3)を含み、対向面の少なくとも1つ(31)が請求項1〜11のいずれか一項によって定義されたコーティング(2)で覆われていることを特徴とする物品(1)。
- 前記基材(3)が、前記物品(1)内に食物を入れる可能性がある側に配置されるよう意図される凹形の内面(31)と、熱源に向かって配置されるよう意図される凸形の外面(32)とを有する料理道具であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の物品(1)。
