背景技术
具有含氟聚合物基涂层的不粘家用制品目前尤其由PTFE类型的含氟聚合物组成,但还可以掺入一种或多种粘合树脂,例如PAI、PES、PAEK(聚芳醚酮)、单宁酸和/或有机添加剂(例如丙烯酸衍生物)。
这些树脂和这些添加剂的缺点是它们在PTFE的烧结期间倾向于部分降解并产生降解副产物。因此产生的副产物导致整个制品的黄化。这种黄化当在底漆层和面漆层之间施加浅色饰面时更加可见。
化合物BiVO4目前已知为允许降解有机化合物并因此从大气中除去污染的光催化剂。然而,为了具有活性,该催化剂需要光。此外,降解历程通常非常长(几小时)。
最近,已经表明BiVO4可以用于通过结合温度反应以及在光辐射下完全分解甲苯。然而,没有提及BiVO4仅允许甲苯的热降解(CN102008892)。

在本发明的含义内,“完全无机涂层”是指完全由无机材料构成的涂层,不含任何有机基团。这种涂层也可以通过溶胶-凝胶途径获得,固化温度至少为400℃,或者由四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)类型的前体获得,固化温度可以低于400℃。

优选地,(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4在其加入的层或每个层中的量相对于干燥状态的所述层的重量为0.1-100重量%,优选0.2-80重量%,更优选0.5-70重量%。(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4可以连续或不连续地纯使用。
有利地,(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4化合物以由(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4化合物组成的颗粒形式存在。“以由(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4化合物组成的颗粒形式”是指该颗粒纯由(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4化合物制成。它们因此不被涂覆。有利的是,它们是粗糙的。
涂层在其制造过程中可以经受高温,例如150至450℃。
这些高温可能是造成涂层色变的原因。

优选地,如上定义的(Bi1–xAx)(V1–yMy)O4化合物在室温下显示单斜白钨矿晶形。
优选x和y为0,即本发明涉及钒酸铋(BiVO4)的用途。有利地,使用在室温下单斜白钨矿晶型的BiVO4化合物。

第二种更常用的合成途径是固相烧结法。其优点在于,可以以低成本容易地获得具有高结晶度的大量粉末。因此,BiVO4颗粒可以通过高温烧结方法退火铋盐和钒盐的混合物而获得。所获得的微结构(粒度、形态、结晶度)和可选的掺杂元素可能影响BiVO4的带隙,结果,改变了其初始颜色和/或热致变色。

有利地,溶胶-凝胶溶液的金属醇盐是烷氧基硅烷。
可用于本发明方法的溶胶-凝胶溶液中的烷氧基硅烷可特别包括甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷及其混合物。

水性组合物A通常包含用于底漆层的:

有利地,含氟聚合物可以选自聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯和全氟丙基乙烯基醚(PFA)的共聚物、四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯(FEP)的共聚物、PTFE和PFA的混合物(PTFE/PFA)和PTFE和FEP的混合物(PTFE/FEP)。
优选地,含氟聚合物可以占不粘涂层组合物总干重的10-99质量%,优选50-98质量%。

饰面可以通过本领域技术人员公知的任何方法施加,例如通过丝网印刷或移印。
有利地,制品载体可以是塑料、金属、玻璃、陶瓷或赤陶。可用于本发明的背景的金属载体有利地包括铝或铝合金载体,其经过阳极化处理或未经阳极化处理,或者抛光、刷涂或珠光处理、喷砂、化学处理的铝或铝合金,或者抛光不锈钢,或者铸铁或铝,或者钛,或者锤击或抛光的铜。
底漆层可包括粘合树脂,尤其是当基底被机械处理时。
优选地,粘合树脂选自聚酰胺-酰亚胺(PAI)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚醚酮(PEK)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚芳醚酮(PAEK)、聚醚砜(PES)和聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚苯并咪唑(PBI)、单宁酸。
可用于本发明的背景的家用制品的实例可特别包括炸锅碗、奶酪火锅盘或锅、炸锅或面包机的碗、搅拌机的容器、拉直器(所述涂层覆盖所述拉直器的板)和熨斗底板(所述涂层覆盖所述熨斗的底板)。
优选地,所述家用制品是炊具制品,优选地选自由有柄平锅、煎锅、炖锅、炒锅、平底锅、可丽饼机、烧烤架、煎烤架、拉克雷特机、砂锅或压力锅,并且所述涂层与食物接触。
在本发明所考虑的应用领域中,炊具型待加热制品或熨斗型加热制品通常在10℃至300℃之间的温度范围内使用。
根据本发明的用途可以允许减少或防止所述涂层在其制造过程的烧结步骤期间的色变。
实例
实例1:用于合成根据本发明使用的BiVO4化合物的方法
方法1.1
向硝酸铋(0.1M)在1M硝酸中的溶液中化学计量地加入钒酸铵(0.1M)在1M硝酸中的溶液。将混合物搅拌过夜,过滤,用水洗涤,然后干燥。然后将粉末在450℃下退火3小时。
然后得到的钒酸铋为由X射线衍射分析表征的单斜白钨矿结构的亮黄色粉末。
该方法在pH<1下进行,不添加碱剂。
方法1.2
向硝酸铋(0.4M)在1M硝酸中的溶液中加入化学计量量的偏钒酸钠粉末。将混合物在80℃下搅拌2小时。然后过滤沉淀物并用水洗涤,得到黄色的单斜白钨矿形式的BiVO4粉末。然后将粉末在500℃下退火3小时。
该方法在pH<1下进行,不添加碱剂。
单斜白钨矿BiVO4因此在室温和200℃之间具有ΔE=40。
实例2:所测试的BiVO4化合物
测试并比较了下列BiVO4化合物对保护它们不受加入的层或相邻层色变影响:

实例4:配置
a.配置1:不含BiVO4的底漆层1、含/不含实例1的BiVO4的底漆层2和不含BiVO4的白 色饰面
首先将制剂1a的底漆层1沉积在铝基底上。干燥后,将制剂2b的底漆层2涂布在底漆层1上。干燥后,将制剂3a的白色饰面3沉积在底漆层2上。干燥后,将制剂4的面漆层涂布在底漆层2和饰面上。然后将制品在430℃下烧结11分钟。
外观:饰面在L*a*b*值=83,0.4,12的情况下保持白色。通过饰面下涂布的底漆层2中含有的BiVO4,保护饰面在涂层的制造过程中不发生色变。
相反,唯一区别在于底漆层2为制剂2a(没有BiVO4)的相同配置具有的结果是,在L*a*b*values=70.8;2.8;14.8的情况下,烧结后的饰面不是白色而是金黄色。
b.配置2:两种无BiVO4的底漆层,有/无BiVO4的饰面
首先将制剂1a的底漆层1沉积在铝基底上。干燥后,将制剂2a的底漆层2涂布在底漆层1上。干燥后,将制剂3b的白色饰面沉积在底漆层2上。干燥后,将制剂4的面漆层涂布在底漆层2和饰面上。然后将制品在430℃下烧结11分钟。
外观:饰面在L*a*b*值=83,0.4,12的情况下保持白色。通过包含在该饰面中的BiVO4保护该饰面在制造层的过程中不发生色变。
与此相对,在仅有制剂3a的饰面为白色的差异的相同结构(无BiVO4)中,显示该白色饰面变色(L*a*b*值=70.8;2.8;14.8)。
在唯一区别在于饰面为制剂3c的黄色的相同配置中,显示黄色饰面不变色(L*a*b*值=76.1;-5.9;72.0)。通过包含在该饰面中的BiVO4保护该饰面在制造层的过程中不发生色变。
在唯一区别在于饰面为制剂3d的黄色的相同配置中,显示黄色饰面变色:其为褐色的(L*a*b*值=56.4;1;42.2)。制剂3d的BiVO4颜料(K1120FG)被包封,即,BiVO4颗粒被覆盖。BiVO4则不起其催化作用,因为包封防止了其接触降解副产物。
c.配置3:两种无BiVO4的底漆层,含实例1的BiVO4的黄色饰面和叠加在第一饰面上 的第二饰面
首先将制剂1a的底漆层1沉积在铝基底上。干燥后,将制剂2a的底漆层2涂布在底漆层1上。干燥后,将含有制剂3c的黄色饰面沉积在底漆层2上。干燥后,将制剂3a的白色饰面沉积在之前的黄色饰面上。干燥后,将制剂4的面漆层涂布在底漆层2和饰面上。然后将制品在430℃下烧结11分钟。
外观:饰面在L*a*b*值=83.1,0.4,12.0的情况下保持白色。通过在白色饰面下涂布的黄色饰面中包含的BiVO4,保护白色饰面在涂层制造过程中不发生色变。
在唯一区别在于第二饰面为制剂3d的黄色的相同配置中,显示第二黄色饰面不变色(L*a*b*值=75.5;1.5;72.5)。通过包含在第一饰面中的BiVO4保护第二黄色饰面在制造层的过程中不发生色变。
在唯一区别在于第一饰面为制剂3d的黄色的相同配置中,显示(制剂3a的)第二白色饰面变色(L*a*b*值=53.9,9.4,27.1)。通过包含在第一饰面中的BiVO4,不保护第二白色饰面在制造层的过程中不发生色变。
Claims (20)
1.(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4在用于家用制品的不粘涂层中的用途,以减少或防止所述涂层在其制造过程中的色变,其特征在于:
-x等于0或x在0.001和0.999之间,
-y等于0或y在0.001和0.999之间,
-A和M选自氮、磷、碱金属、碱土金属、过渡金属、贫金属、类金属或镧系元素,
-A和M彼此不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,x和y为0。
3.根据权利要求1的用途,其中,(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4在其加入的所述用于家用制品的不粘涂层的每个层中的量相对于干燥状态的所述层的重量为0.1-100重量%。
4.根据权利要求1的用途,其中,(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4在其加入的所述用于家用制品的不粘涂层的每个层中的量相对于干燥状态的所述层的重量为0.2-80重量%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,A和/或M是选自Li、Na、K、Rb和Cs的碱金属,A和M彼此不同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,A和/或M是选自Be、Mg、Ca、Sr和Ba的碱土金属,A和M彼此不同。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,A和/或M是选自Sc、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Ta、W和Ir的过渡金属,A和M彼此不同。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,A和/或M是选自Al、Zn、Ga、In和Sn的贫金属,A和M彼此不同。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,A和/或M是选自B、Si、Ge和Sb的类金属,A和M彼此不同。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,A和/或M是选自La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb和Lu的镧系元素,A和M彼此不同。
11.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中所述涂层从将要被施加所述涂层的所述家用制品的基底的面按以下顺序包括:一个或多个底漆层,和一个或多个面漆层。
12.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中所述用于家用制品的不粘涂层从将要被施加所述涂层的所述家用制品的基底的面按以下顺序包括:一个或多个底漆层,一个或多个连续或不连续的装饰性层,和一个或多个面漆层。
13.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中所述用于家用制品的不粘涂层是基于含氟聚合物的涂层。
14.根据权利要求13所述的用途,其中,所述含氟聚合物选自聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯和全氟丙基乙烯基醚(PFA)的共聚物、四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯(FEP)的共聚物、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、四氟乙烯和聚甲基乙烯基醚(MVA)的共聚物、四氟乙烯、聚甲基乙烯基醚和氟烷基乙烯基醚(TFE/PMVE/FAVE)的三元共聚物、乙烯四氟乙烯(ETFE)及其混合物。
15.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,将(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4加入所述涂层的层中以减少或防止该层的色变。
16.根据权利要求15所述的用途,其中,所述涂层包括一种或多种饰面。
17.根据权利要求16所述的用途,其中,将(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4加入到饰面中以减少或防止该饰面的色变。
18.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,将(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4加入所述涂层的层中以减少或防止叠加在该层上的所述涂层的另一层的色变。
19.根据权利要求18所述的用途,其中,将(Bi1-xAx)(V1-yMy)O4加入到在饰面下施加的层中以减少或防止该饰面的色变。
20.根据权利要求1所述的用途,以便减少或防止所述涂层在其制造过程的烧结步骤期间的色变。
