Claims (12)
- 内燃エンジンのための、ガス交換のための少なくとも1つの中空弁(2)を製造するための装置(1)であって、
弁ステム芯出し手段(6)、弁容器(7)、および弁ヘッド保持器(5)から構成される少なくとも1つの弁保持器(3)を備え、
上記弁容器(7)は、保持される弁ステムに適合し、
上記弁ヘッド保持器(5)は、保持される弁ヘッド(4)に適合し、
上記弁ステム芯出し手段(6)で上記弁保持器(3)が設けられた第1支持体(8)と、
第2支持体(9)に設けられかつカソード(11)を有する少なくとも1つのカソード保持器(10)とをさらに備え、
上記カソード(11)は、上記弁ステム芯出し手段(6)を経由しかつ上記第1支持体(8)を通って上記中空弁(2)のボア内へ案内され得るようになっており、
上記弁ヘッド保持器(5)に対向する少なくとも1つの接触板(12)をさらに備えている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1において、
上記カソード(11)が、上記第1支持体(8)を貫通している
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記カソード(11)は、シール部(20)によって上記弁ステム芯出し手段(6)との間がシールされている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記接触板(12)は、少なくとも一部が導電性材料から形成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項4において、
上記導電性材料は、ステンレス鋼または銅である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記第1支持体(8)は、該第1支持体(8)が上記第2支持体(9)および/または上記接触板(12)に対して相対移動できるように設置されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記第1支持体(8)が、固定され、
上記第2支持体(9)および上記接触板(12)は、該第2支持体(9)および該接触板(12)が上記第1支持体(8)に対して相対移動できるように設置されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記弁ヘッド保持器(5)が、上記弁容器(7)に対して弾性的にかつ軸方向に移動可能に設置されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記接触板(12)が、上記第1支持体(8)に対して移動可能であり、
上記第1支持体(8)と上記接触板(12)との間に、停止部(17)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項において、
上記第1支持体(8)は、加工される上記中空弁(2)が上記接触板(12)上で静止している場合に、上記第2支持体(9)に対して移動可能である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項において、
上記弁ステム芯出し手段(6)が、電解液供給部(16)を有し、かつ、上記カソード保持器(10)が、電解液放出部(16’)を有しているか、
または、
上記弁ステム芯出し手段(6)が電解液放出部(16’)を有し、かつ、上記カソード保持器(10)が、電解液供給部(16)を有している
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項において、
上記中空弁(2)が、上記装置(1)において、吊された、起立した、または横になった態様で配置される
ことを特徴とする装置。
