Claims (4)
- 略円柱形状の棒状部を有する雄端子と、
前記雄端子の前記棒状部が挿入される筒部を有する雌端子と、
前記雌端子の前記筒部内に組み込まれ、前記筒部の内側に湾曲した複数の板バネを有した弾性部材と、を備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記雄端子の前記棒状部が前記雌端子の前記筒部に挿入された場合において前記雄端子の前記棒状部を前記筒部の一側に付勢し、
前記雌端子は、正面視して、前記筒部の前記一側のうち、前記複数の板バネの合力の向かう位置となる前記一側の中央部を挟んだそれぞれの領域の内壁から内側に突出した複数のインデント部を有し、
前記雄端子の前記棒状部のうち前記中央部に対応する箇所、及び、前記雌端子の前記筒部の前記中央部の一方は、前記棒状部の挿入過程において前記棒状部が前記複数のインデント部に接触することを防止する突出部が形成され、
前記雄端子の前記棒状部のうち前記中央部に対応する箇所、及び、前記雌端子の前記筒部の前記中央部の他方は、前記棒状部が挿入された嵌合後の状態において前記突出部が嵌り込んで前記棒状部を前記複数のインデント部に接触させる切欠部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする端子接続構造。 - 前記突出部は、前記筒部の軸方向の長さの半分以上の長さで伸びる突条となっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子接続構造。 - 前記雌端子は、前記中央部に前記突出部を有すると共に、前記突出部の後端側に前記雌端子を収容するコネクタの突起が嵌る貫通孔を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子接続構造。 - 前記弾性部材は、先端側と後端側とに離間した2つの半リング状の枠部材を有し、前記複数の板バネが2つの枠部材を接続し、
前記複数のインデント部は、前記筒部内の先端側と後端側とのそれぞれに設けられた2つ以上のインデント部を有し、
前記後端側の前記枠部材は、前記雌端子の前記後端側のインデント部に接触又は近接している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の端子接続構造。
