Description
図1、図2、図4及び図5に示すように、本発明は以下の技術案を提供する。押しキースイッチの固定可動片アセンブリは、固定片1及び可動片2を含む。可動片2は、U字状に折り曲げられて押しキーのベース台内に取り付けられる。可動片2の中部には、プランジャ3が設けられる。プランジャ3は、射出成形によって可動片2と一体成型される。こうすることで、プランジャ3と可動片2との連結強度を高めるほか、可動片2の取り付け方式が多様化し、簡素な構成で使い勝手が良くなり、押しキーの固定片1と可動片2との接触と分離とを行う効率を向上させる。
図1、図3、図4及び図5に示すように、本発明はもう一つの技術案を提供する。押しキースイッチの固定可動片アセンブリは、固定片1及び可動片2を含む。可動片2は、押しキーのベース台内に直角状にして取り付けられる。可動片2の中部には、プランジャ3が設けられる。プランジャ3は、射出成形によって可動片2と一体成型される。こうすることで、プランジャ3と可動片2との連結強度を高めるほか、可動片2の取り付け方式が多様化し、簡素な構成で使い勝手が良くなり、押しキーの固定片1と可動片2との接触と分離とを行う効率を向上させる。

Claims (1)
- 固定片(1)及び可動片(2)を含む押しキースイッチの固定可動片アセンブリであって、
前記可動片(2)は、第一の直線部と第二の直線部とを有し、前記第一の直線部は前記第二の直線部よりも長く、前記第一の直線部と前記第二の直線部は湾曲部により接続されており、
前記第一の直線部の前記湾曲部と前記湾曲部から離れる端部との中部には、プランジャ(3)が射出成形によって可動片(2)と一体成型されて設けられ、前記第一の直線部の前記湾曲部から離れる端部には固定片(1)と接触するための接触部が設けられており、
押しキースイッチに対して、前記固定片(1)、前記第一の直線部、前記第二の直線部の順に離れて配置されることを特徴とする押しキースイッチの固定可動片アセンブリ。
