本实用新型涉及电脑按键技术领域,具体为一种按键开关静动片组件。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,电脑已经成为人们日常生活和工作都必须使用的工具,电脑键盘是把文字信息的控制信息输入电脑的通道,从英文打字机键盘演变而来的。它最早出现在电脑上的时候,还是一种叫做“电传打字机”的部件,电脑键盘中的按键大都采用静片和动片配合使用的方式,使按键接触或断开,现有技术中的按键开关静动片组件还存在很多有待改进的地方,动片的安装方式单一,接触和断开的效率不是很高,而且容易出现按键失灵的情况,满足不了人们的使用需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种按键开关静动片组件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种按键开关静动片组件,包括静片和动片,所述动片的中部设有顶杆。
优选的,所述动片弯折成U形安装在按键底座内。
优选的,所述动片呈直角安装在按键底座内。
优选的,所述顶杆通过注塑的方式和动片一体成型。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该按键开关静动片组件动片上设有的顶杆能加大静片和动片的接触灵敏度,顶杆通过注 塑的方式和动片一体成型,加大了顶杆和动片的连接强度,而且动片的安装方式灵活多样,结构简单,方便实用,提高了按键静片和动片的接触和断开的效率,适合大范围推广。

实施例一
请参阅图1、图2、图4和图5,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种按键开关静动片组件,包括静片1和动片2,动片2弯折成U形安装在按键底座内,动片2的中部设有顶杆3,顶杆3通过注塑的方式和动片2一体成型,加大了顶杆3和动片2的连接强度,而且动片2的安装方式灵活多样,结构简单,方便实用,提高了按键静片1和动片2的接触和断开的效率。
实施例二
请参阅图1、图3、图4和图5,本实用新型提供另一种技术方案:一种按键开关静动片组件,包括静片1和动片2,动片2呈直角安装在按键底座内,动片2的中部设有顶杆3,顶杆3通过注塑的方式和动片2一体成型,加大了顶杆3和动片2的连接强度,而且动片2的安装方式灵活多样,结构简单,方便实用,提高了按键静片1和动片2的接触和断开的效率。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种按键开关静动片组件,包括静片(1)和动片(2),其特征在于:所述动片(2)的中部设有顶杆(3)。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按键开关静动片组件,其特征在于:所述动片(2)呈直角安装在按键底座内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按键开关静动片组件,其特征在于:所述顶杆(3)通过注塑的方式和动片(2)一体成型。
