背景技术
现有一体式笔记本触摸板按键(TP BUTTON),采用金属按钮(metal dome)作动,键帽热熔固定的方式,从而导致按压噪音大,需求的按压力大,手感生硬,并且键帽直接热熔在机壳上,增加了作业时间,降低生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种笔记本一体式触摸板按键。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种笔记本一体式触摸板按键,包括冲压件、键帽、剪刀脚、硅胶按钮和柔性线路板,所述键帽通过剪刀脚与冲压件连接,冲压件上设置有柔性线路板,柔性线路板上设置有硅胶按钮,所述键帽中间的两侧对称设置有两组剪刀脚,每组剪刀脚由一对正反向排列的剪刀脚组成。
作为优选,所述键帽中间部位设置有限位柱,以保证左右各有不同电性功能,按压中间不会产生误触异常,限位柱与柔性线路板(membrane )间距为0.6-0.7mm。
本实用新型采用剪刀脚(plunger)+硅胶按钮(rubber dome) 组合作动方式,以减小按压力量;通过去除平衡杆,进一步有效降低敲击噪音;通过剪刀脚正反向为一组排列,提高按键稳定性;通过键帽中间部位增加限位柱,以保证整个按键中间,按压有一定行程的反应,进一步减低按压生硬感,并且有效杜绝按压中间导致误触异常
有益效果:本实用新型在保证一体式按键外观美观的前提下,能降低笔记本电脑键盘的按压噪音,减小按压力度,提高手感的新型一体式按键结构。

如图1和2所示:一种笔记本一体式触摸板按键,包括冲压件1、键帽2、剪刀脚3、硅胶按钮4和柔性线路板5,所述键帽2通过剪刀脚3与冲压件1连接,冲压件1上设置有柔性线路板5,柔性线路板5上设置有硅胶按钮4,所述键帽2中间的两侧对称设置有两组剪刀脚,每组剪刀脚由一对正反向排列的剪刀脚3组成。
所述键帽2中间部位设置有限位柱6,限位柱6与柔性线路板5间距为0.6-0.7mm。

1.一种笔记本一体式触摸板按键,其特征在于:包括冲压件(1)、键帽(2)、剪刀脚(3)、硅胶按钮(4)和柔性线路板(5),所述键帽(2)通过剪刀脚(3)与冲压件(1)连接,冲压件(1)上设置有柔性线路板(5),柔性线路板(5)上设置有硅胶按钮(4),所述键帽(2)中间的两侧对称设置有两组剪刀脚,每组剪刀脚由一对正反向排列的剪刀脚(3)组成。
