Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置10を備えた鉄道車両1の概略図である。図1に示すように、鉄道車両1は、輪軸2、減速機3、電気ブレーキ装置4、空気ブレーキ装置5、輪軸速度センサ6、パンタグラフ7、及び、ブレーキ制御装置10を備える。輪軸2は、鉄道車両1に複数設けられている。輪軸2は、レールR上を摩擦力により転がる一対の車輪2aと、一対の車輪2aに固定される車軸2bとを有する。車軸2bには減速機3が動力伝達可能に接続され、減速機3には電気ブレーキ装置4が動力伝達可能に接続される。電気ブレーキ装置4は、減速機3に動力伝達可能に接続された電動機8と、電動機8を制御するインバータ9とを有する。
図7は、第2実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置110のブロック図である。なお、第1実施形態と共通する構成については同一符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。図7に示すように、本実施形態の鉄道車両は、車両の走行速度である実際の対地速度を計測する対地速度計測器120を備える。対地速度計測器120は、車輪2aの滑走の影響を受けずに車両走行速度が取得できるものであれば種々の公知の手段が適用可能である。例えば、対地速度計測器120は、GPSによる車両の位置情報の時系列データを微分して対地速度を求めるものとしてもよい。あるいは、対地速度計測器120は、車両に搭載した加速度センサから得られる加速度情報の時系列データを積分して対地速度を求めるものとしてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 鉄道車両の電気ブレーキ装置及び機械ブレーキ装置を制御する装置であって、
輪軸速度から得られる切替監視速度が切替閾値未満になると、前記電気ブレーキ装置の作動から前記機械ブレーキ装置の作動に切り替えるブレーキ切替部と、
前記ブレーキ切替部による切り替えの際に、前記電気ブレーキ装置及び前記ブレーキ切替部の少なくとも一方を制御して車輪をレールに対して粘着させる粘着制御部と、を備え、
前記粘着制御部は、前記車輪が前記レールに対して所定の粘着状態にあるとの条件を含む切替許可条件が成立すると、前記ブレーキ切替部による切替えを許可する許可状態を設定し、前記切替許可条件が成立していないと、前記ブレーキ切替部による切替えを許可しない不許可状態を設定する設定部を有する、鉄道車両のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記粘着制御部は、前記切替監視速度が前記切替閾値よりも大きい値の制動トルク減少閾値未満になると、前記電気ブレーキ装置の制動トルクを減少させる制動トルク制御部を有している、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記切替許可条件は、前記切替監視速度から前記切替閾値を引いた値が許可閾値未満であるとの条件を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記輪軸速度から得られる粘着監視速度の変化率が前記車両の減速中に正値から負値に変化したとき、前記車輪がレールに対して前記粘着状態にあると判定される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記レールに対する前記車輪の滑り度と滑り閾値とを比較することで、前記車輪がレールに対して前記粘着状態にあるか否かが判定される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記ブレーキ切替部は、前記切替監視速度が前記切替閾値よりも小さい強制切替閾値未満になると、前記設定部により前記不許可状態が設定されていても、強制的に前記電気ブレーキ装置の作動から前記機械ブレーキ装置の作動に切り替える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両のブレーキ制御装置。
